Been coming to Five Guys for years. 99/100 great but this location seems to be lacking in the service part. 4 of the 5 times I have been here they have made a fairly large mistakes.
1: First one: Was great no issues. 2: second one: Got really aggressive food poisoning. 3: Third one: food poisoning again and called to advise the store this was the second occurrence within 2 weeks. (They did what they could to make it right.) 4: Fourth one: Got our food to go and got home to realize nothing in the bag was what we ordered. They gave us the wrong food and did offer to pay for it. 5: Fifth one: Came in the Oder again to go but they put my food on a rack above the fries for 35 minutes. When I asked they gave it to me. It was almost ice cold, soggy and not very good anymore. This will be my last time coming. This level of service is just disrespectful. If you have a personal problem with me that’s one thing. (No warranted cause for it but still.)
My message is if you value service and being treated as a customer, go somewhere else. Unless that doesn’t matter to you then send it.
They make great food but how I’m treated is 50% to me. Treat me like crap you lose a customer. Please fix how to treat your customers.

I had a 15 minute work break and went in there. There was no one in line and 5 people working. I ordered and paid for a small fry. After 15 minutes I had to leave. I never got the fries. They suck.
