Food was excellent. We had lamb biryani & chicken kadai. In my opinion , they were cooked to perfection. We dined in and the eating area was very clean but the atmosphere was that of an indoor communal dining hall. Nice, but without charm. The service was excellent. The staff were attentive and friendly. We'll definitely go back. Yumm.Dietary restrictions: I have a gluten-free, dairy-free diet and there were many options available to me.Kid-friendliness: There is a large eating area with enough space for kids to move around a little. Again staff were very friendly.

Our first experience with Flavours Of India and we will definitely go back! Very good! Authentic! Great help with choosing and good service. We had Vegetable Korma, Vegetable Biryani and Palak Paneer - and of course two different Naan - YUM! Also tried all three desserts - we will be visiting Flavours of India again! Thank you!!!

Lamb biryani was delicious, better than the same dish at the famous Dishoom in London . Samosa chat was so flavorful . Portions are huge . Naan can be shared by 4 people . Market is new so the food hall is not crowded but if you are in the area, come by to support the local ethnic food

This is my families absolute favorite Indian place we have found in the area! Truly authentic and yet still very accessible for all pallets. As far as indian food goes they're really affordable as well! To feed a family of three with a very young child It is under $50.They 100% live up to there name and I would 10/10 recommend ?However, you should be Aware that if you are eating at the location it is more of a food court setting than a sit in restaurant.Kid-friendliness: The palate is very accessible for young children it's not too spicy for my little one. We have been hesitant to introduce our son to Indian food, Because of the spice level but this place is perfect! There is even a place just outside for kids to play!

Pretty similar to food carts except this one is inside the building. I thought I should try it. The guy who helped me was very unfriendly. It almost felt like he was doing me a huge favor by making my food. I probably woke him up from his afternoon nap. And their Tandoori chicken is different from any Tandoori chicken I've had before. Theirs was very saucy and it didn't look like it was baked in a clay oven. And I've been to quite a few Indian restaurants. This one so far is the poorest of them all.

By far the BEST TANDOORI CHICKEN IN PORTLAND!!! Baked in a brick oven like in India. The chicken is tender and moist. The garlic naan is DELICIOUS!
I've been ordering here since they opened in the market hall and usually have good experiences. However, after receiving a huge chunk of completely raw and unprepared chicken at the bottom of my chicken kadai (after eating at least half of the container), I don't think I'll ever go back.

Authentic Indian food, lots of flavor and the heat level is set at your preference. The chicken vindaloo was creamy and smokey with chunks of tender chicken with the rice or garlic naan definitely an experience in flavor town. Check this place out you won't be
