Great frozen yogurt shop. I love that I can get a milkshake while hubby and nephew get their froyo. The service was excellent and she was very friendly. Good options, clean restaurant, and decent prices.

I've been going to Frenzi for well over 10 years, and have always considered them the best place for ice cream and froyo in Gresham.
The prices are good for any budget (I paid just $3 exactly for mine) and there are a variety of toppings, depending on what kind of froyo you'd like.
And if you're ever unsure of what to get, someone at the counter can help you with flavor and topping recommendations, which is testament to the helpfulness of the staff here.
Between the service, quality of the food, and the atmosphere, Frenzi is definitely a gem of restaurant in Downtown Gresham that anyone should visit if they can. 5/5

The smell of cleaning rags was overwhelming when first walking in. There aren't many flavors but there is a plain almond milk and plain coconut milk option for non dairy. I did enjoy the dulce de leche. The toppings were average. Probably wouldn't go back since there are other options I would go to. It also seemed very expensive for very little.

The shop was in such a gorgeous area and was exceedingly beautiful on the inside as well. Fro-yo options were great! Had the Raspberry mixed with Blackberry, 11/10 recommend; my food picky boyfriend even liked it!

Disappointed to see NSA flavor once again is cheesecake. Seems to be not very popular as is long time for changing it out. Would like to see it removed from the rotation to let the fruit flavors be available.

We love coming here as a treat. It has a variety of flavors. It doesn't change much as far as flavors go, but once in a while, I think there's special ones. I don't really care since I like the ones they have. There's a great selection of toppings and sauces. The shop is clean. There's an option for indoor seating or outdoor seating when it's nice out in Oregon. Also, we love the color changing spoons. Neat for the kids!
Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the color changing spoons. They also have a couple little tables and little chairs for kids that my daughter loves to sit at. She makes me sit with her in those little chairs, too. They hold my weight. I'm 156 lbs in case anybody else's kids want them to sit in one of those little chairs.
I went out of my way to choose frenzi over my usual place in the area because of an entertainment book coupon but they claimed "that's not ours and you can't use it here". That's fraud to lure people in with a coupon then lie and refuse to take it.... what a horrible thing to do to local families trying to save money but support local. Never going back.
