None of their to-go stuff comes sealed or protected. My Ruben arrived with 4 onion rings....either Black Bear is being skimpy or the driver just helped himself.
Drink wasn't sealed either.
Any driver could spit in your drink.

Came here for dinner, lovely atmosphere, very kind night crew. Despite coming close to closing they were super friendly. Very good Little Less Tri-Tip, all most perfectly cooked to medium rare.

Amazing food and employees. My waitress Jen was absolutely delightful, I had a buffalo chicken wrap which was amazing and very crispy fries which were well seasoned. My waitress was really friendly and so was the manager who brought us our food and introduced herself. I will be back.

Apparently you can bring your pets in (non service animals), which is not only unsanitary but against multiple health codes. Absolutely will find somewhere else to eat.

I’ve been there twice now. I ordered the taco salad the first time and it was delicious. The second time I had a patty melt and it was quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had. The meat was tasteless. The service and atmosphere were amazing. The food is terrible now. My two sisters felt the same about their food too. One had the Rueben and the other had an omelette. I have never left a bad review before but the food was so bad that I had to comment on it. The service was exceptional and so is the atmosphere. I don’t know what happened to the food between my two visits. Judging by the rest of the reviews, there’s only a couple that found the food so tasteless. The portion sizes humongous.

Our server may was absolutely amazing she thought of everything! making sure me and my son had plenty of time to take our order and even came back to check up on us if we needed anything else! thank you may! Thank you for having such wonderful service for all we will definitely come back!

Dining at Black Bear Diner was a wonderful experience. Our server Andrea was so kind and attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant was very inviting and clean and I would highly recommend having breakfast here when you’re in town.
