I've been a loyal customer of Gresham Burrito Shop, and I LOVE the burritos I've been served, this has been my go-to place in Gresham for a long time.
The past couple weeks have been a bummer for me, though. The past two ground-beef burritos that I've purchased have had significant amounts of gristle in the meat that render a bite to feel almost crunchy and very upleasant. Upon completing the burrito, there will be gobs of meat scattering my plate that I've had to spit out due to this. This issue does not sway me as a customer, but I certainly must reach out and publish my findings, as I would like to see improvements in this area. I have no idea how the meat is sourced, has there been a change in the standards of how the meat is processed/sourced? I sincerely hope for an improvement here. Thank you!

I cannot tell you how completely comforting and satisfying the Machaca Breakfast Burrito is. I get it anytime I need a warm savory comfort food. It is incredibly filling and better (IMHO) than any fast food burrito I've ever had. When my dad visits we have to stop here first, during, and last stop before he leaves.

I’ve been coming here and too the other locations for years and loved it but today not so much. The teens working were rude and not helpful at all. When my tacos came the fish was very hard and overdone and I had asked for no lettuce, they had lettuce. When brought to the workers attention they proceeded to take them in the back and less than 2 min later brought back out the tacos. It was the exact same tacos but no lettuce. They were drowning in sauce and tomato’s to cover it and were ice cold. They fought my partner to fix them then didn’t even fix it. It wasn’t cheap either so definitely won’t be coming back to this location id rather go to the other with kind workers.

Owned by the same people who own Wood Village Burrito shop, this location is far cleaner and the service 100% better. The food has yet to be anything but fresh and generous in terms of portions.
