Perhaps someone can explain this place to me. I would give one star and I am only giving 3 stars because I am trying not to be mean to the VERY FEW carts here. I have been here 4 times over the past year and ALL 4 times were on different days of the week and at both peak lunch and peak dinner hours. Weekdays and Weekends and I have NEVER seen more than 3-4 cart open and I end up leaving. Even in the photos on Google you can see all the closed carts in the background when someone takes a picture of one that is open. Is it like a Food Cart storage area for other locations? There are about a dozen carts here but after four tries I think I have had enough of trying to see if there is a day or time that more than a few are open. Perhaps it is getting ready to close down or something? Just confused I guess.

Two of my favorite carts, E-San Thai Cuisine and Chef 'Shish Kabob' fill my belly weekly with great tasting treats. Some of the other vendors struggle with staying open some days/evenings. The website and Facebook needs updating as well.

One of the best food cart experiences in East county. More than a dozen food carts were open on a week day for lunch. (I hate going to a nice-sized food cart court and only finding one or two carts open for business). We really enjoyed the warm, indoors seating area. Large tables with plenty of seating, and it was warm inside!

An incredible selection of international food with a couple of carts that should have restaurants downtown at a much higher price. There is indoor heated seating, you don't have to eat outside. The food cart owners are so friendly that if they're not busy they'll usually come wait on you at your table if they have time. It's hard to say enough good about this wonderful food cart pod.

Bubble Tea and Brews says it's open, but no one was there. Then I see that some girls weren't bothering to get up to help us from watching their game. At least turn off your open sign or acknowledge our presence. I have been a regular drinking their flat beer but this ticked me off

The Owner Asks Everyone to leave a 5 star review ?.. I ate the taste of Ukraine & it was the worst ive had. It was over cooked bland with no flavor. The 13 year old girl that was cooking went from counting my cash to touching my food with her bare hands.

Nice assortment of carts. Not all open at lunch on a Friday but more than just the usual assortment. Bathroom is hidden. Garbage cans outside from the indoor seating area. Enjoyed Kasoy. Will be back.
