This store is constantly closed with no sign on the door or drive up window. As a delivery driver this goes against me. Losing the delivery fee. Why can't you put up a sign if you don't have enough people instead of hiding. Do better. For real.

We pulled up to an empty drive through and ordered 2 breakfast meals.we got to the window and we paid. We then sat for over 10 minutes watching them make togo order after Togo order for doordash or whatever service. Then we were given our bag finally and after pulling away we realized half the food wasn't ours and half our food was missing. We went in to the store to return the wrong food and get the right food. The drive thru had filled up 10 minutes prior when we were waiting. 5+ cars were stuck behind us waiting that entire original time. Now inside I'm finally given a bag and it contains the new food that I was supposed to get along with the old food I had returned that wasn't mine. I told them I don't want it I just wanted the food I ordered and paid for and they argued with me about it. They asked where the rest of my original order was and I repeated agian that half our order was correct. Now I'm driving to work with my food i had to go back for and it's WRONG! There's no egg on my $5 breakfast sandwich. So I look at the receipt and guesswhat. They had original never even wrang up my food to begin with. They intact charged me 11.99 for a double jumbo jack #2 when I asked for a #22. This is unacceptable 😤

Waited at the counter for 20 minutes he helped six DoorDash people after I said hey I've been here 20 minutes he says what's your name I said I haven't even ordered and he tells me we're not taking orders inside only DoorDash and drive through could have said something to me when I was standing at the counter waiting very rude will never go there again it's close to my house used to go two three times a week always bad service but this was horrible last straw for me

Cashier was extremely nice, we ordered a box but unfortunately they had run out of the motz sticks. We said it's fine we would take the box without the motz sticks. The kitchen lady refused to make the box at all, they had all other items. But she refused. Cashier was awesome and apologized. He is great

This place cares more about there stats in the drive thur line then they do about making sure their floors aren't sticky. They literally made me come out of the drive thur line when there was no body in the line besides me because it was going to hurt there stats because I was doordashing. Then I came in and my shoes basically got glued to the floor with how sticky it was. Unbelievable!

Service was great.. Food was quite underwhelming. Ordered the 7 dollar lunchie meal. The double boss cheeseburger was nowhere near the picture. I thought it was a single burger they had given me at first, it was maybe 2 inches high with a couple sprinkles of lettuce. Chicken nuggets not great, probably the least favorite of any fast food place. The mini tacos were the best part.

This has been multiple times this happened my order has been wrong they have not put things that needed to be on the order on the order and they have trouble understanding English this happens frequently don't come to this location ever.
