This place cares more about there stats in the drive thur line then they do about making sure their floors aren't sticky. They literally made me come out of the drive thur line when there was no body in the line besides me because it was going to hurt there stats because I was doordashing. Then I came in and my shoes basically got glued to the floor with how sticky it was. Unbelievable!

Service was great.. Food was quite underwhelming. Ordered the 7 dollar lunchie meal. The double boss cheeseburger was nowhere near the picture. I thought it was a single burger they had given me at first, it was maybe 2 inches high with a couple sprinkles of lettuce. Chicken nuggets not great, probably the least favorite of any fast food place. The mini tacos were the best part.

This has been multiple times this happened my order has been wrong they have not put things that needed to be on the order on the order and they have trouble understanding English this happens frequently don't come to this location ever.

I ordered the extreme sausage sandwich and one of the new boba milk teas and I got a straw that goes in with the soft drinks so I was not able to enjoy my boba the way that I should have been able to enjoy my boba. Which is with a little bit of boba with each drink of the milk tea. I expected that straw would be included in with my drink but it was not.

Bad customer service, take forever and employee was making burgers with no gloves on. Pretty sure that's against osha policy. I'll pass.
Wow, simple breakfast combo eat in order. Place was empty at 8:30am. Order came in a sack, instead of a tray, no coffee.... Order person went to get the coffee, didn't ask about sugar or cream... Just returned with a luke warm coffee. I also noticed that while I was there, (20 minutes) nobody came thru the drive up or came in..... Wish I had known....

We went to Jack in the box because our little nephews wanted breakfast. We arrive at the drive thru at 10:50 am sat there for 45 minutes to get to the order menu ( we could not get out of line) sat there 10 minutes no response we kept saying hello no answer so we move to the window then they take our order ask us to move to the parking lot as we sit there for waiting for our food watching people come and go then we finally get our food and we are missing food as well as the hash browns that go with all of our breakfast combos and we were not going back to have to wait again. Very upset we drove away at 12:15 totally ridiculous.

Ordered delivery through your website. Did not receive my child's soda or applesauce. We order relatively often and items are forgotten semi frequently. For once, I'd actually like a refund on the items misplaced.
