I went by this Jack location this morning at 6:45am and it was closed. Supposed to be open at 6am. Very disappointing. And after reading these reviews it’s apparent that they stopped caring about their customers a very long time ago.

Fries were cold, and I had just gotten them. We asked for no onions, and everything had onions. Spent $45 dollars, and two of us were given spicy chicken wraps when we had ordered the regular chicken wraps. I feel like all the fast food drive thru experiences are trash these days!

Please. For the love of eggs - CLEAN. YOUR. GRILL. Y'all have a serious leg up in the industry, in that you're basically the only fast food place that still serves breakfast all day, but it's horrid that I have to peel a layer of skin off the egg of my breakfast croissant sandwich before I can eat it- Everytime.That being said, the staff is always nice, the service in the drive thru is always quick & pricing is pretty reasonable (especially compared to other local options). I can't speak to indoor amenities as I always order to-go & take it home. If/when the grill is cleaned & I can eat nice, clean fluffy eggs- my review would become 5 stars.

Yummy made to order overpriced delicious fast food. It's wrong of them to charge for more than 2 dipping sauces like when you order food that's supposed to ? me with sauce they don't even have a button for it on their cash register and corporate policy is to not charge. There breaking their franchise agreement.Vegetarian options: Tacos are actually vegetarian made with h no meat they use soy and textured vegetable protein.

This is the second time recently I’ve tried to show up on my way to work during business hours (8:50 am) , that no one responded at the drive through. There are employee cars parked in the lot. It’s the same cars every time. Fire the the guy with the BMW.
They were out of tiny tacos, we sat for a long time, the extreme sausage sandwich was cold. We were disappointed.

According to their hours on google they closed at 10:30pm. However once we got there we found out they closed at 10pm after them staring at us. Their lights and board were all still on. There was a car in front of us and 2 more behind us that were sitting and waiting to be helped but no one told us they were closed. We found out by pulling up to the window.

When ordering here, they told us they were only doing online or door dash orders. Very dumb and inconvenient. We decided like idiots to order online and wait the 9 minutes to pick it up. Well, when we got up there they had no idea about the order. This is the most ridiculous system ever. What a waste of time. We’ll never be back.

Closed at 2pm on a Sunday? Didn't even put a sign in the drive threw saying they were closed? I get it being under staffed and all but at least tell people your closed so we don't just sit here waiting in the drive threw.Fast food turned no food.

I happened to be in Gresham and realizing my choices of food in that city was primarily fast food picked a Jack in the Box on Burnside. The line for drive thru wasn't awful so I used that. When I had finished my transaction and drive off but still in the lot I realized I had forgotten to order a drink. Since the line was now double what it had been I decided to just run inside quickly. With a shock I pulled on the front door and found it locked. The other door was also locked. I peered inside and not a single customer inside. I was not going sit in line again for 15 minutes for one drink so I angrily drive away and got one at McDonalds. Has the manager of this particular location not realized that the pandemic has been over for a while? Sure it's not cured but neither colds or flu. We come to restaurants to sit and relax, not to drive home and eat it cold.I have other errands coming up in Gresham and will be sure to steer clear of this restaurant with its antique notions.
