I can't speak for other locations, but this location is falling apart. I came here starving between work and heading to college to study for my finals with little time to spare. I went through the drive-thru and ordered the chicken nugget meal with curly fries. To start half the menu doesn't exist, the screen is just white with no drinks and limited menu items to choose from, leaving me scrambling to choose a soda because because I didnt know what the other options were. I ignored this. But then, when they handed me my food, I checked my order to make sure everything was there and raced to school. When I got to school, I opened the box of my chicken nuggets, and there was a pool of grease with a handful of the smallest nuggets I've ever seen. I also tried to ignore this due to the fact that I'm overworked, exhausted, and starving. I bite into one of the nuggets, and it is the most disgusting chicken nuggets I've ever had. The breading is soft with no crisp to it whatsoever, may as well have been boiled chicken nuggets, there was a slimy layer between the breading and the chicken that was very unappealing, and the flavor of the chicken was inedible. The fries were fine, the soda was ok, and the service was good. But overall, the place needs a lot of love. I dislike giving anywhere a bad review. If you look at all the other reviews I have done, you will see that most of them are very nice reviews, but this was just unexcusable. I do not recommend this Jack in the Box.

I feel Jack in the Box was one of the restaurants where the food shrunk the most and the quality went down the most while the prices went up as a result of the huge minimum wage hikes in recent years. That said, this store was chill at the moment as there was just me in the whole restaurant. The food was actually good considering what I just said, and the employees were nice and seemed cool with actually being there lol !!
Spent 15 minutes driving around trying to figure a way to get in to the lot, and there’s ONE driveway that you can only get in if you are going east on stark. The city has put up a divider right where the entrance is and none of the streets connect. You can’t even get to it. Better to go to one of the more accessible food joints in the area.
This doesn’t reflect jack in the box personally. Just a bad location due to the city.

Honestly, the employee who runs the drive thru during the day deserves a raise. They are awesome. Food is always hot and they’re super friendly.

This is Jack in the Box folks. Like most fast food joints it features mostly unhealthy food, but Jack's food for the most part is very tasty! I rate it much better than Micky-D's. Their deep fried tacos are like special potato chips (easy to eat).

4 times out of 5 they screw my order up royally. This last time though, they kept trying to hurry us along when we were still deciding what to get (hard to decide when everything's so much more expensive than other places) while there was no one behind us. 30 seconds at the window they tell us we have to pull forward "because the people behind you only have a drink" I then see them proceed to also wait and get a bag of food... I can stand the low quality food and incompetent workers, but being lied to and forced to move forward because they don't want to ruin their window times is bull
