Owner needs to put their staff through some classes on dealing with customers. Or if they don't like their job that much maybe find a new one. More than a couple are really dismissive and they don't acknowledge the delivery drivers there to pick up orders.

4 visits and nearly $130 spent here in the span of 30 days (I went back into my emails and checked) Every single time my order is wrong. I don’t know if the girls in there can’t read or what, but I can not justify an average of $30 per visit with tip for two sandwiches and two bagels to be wrong every single time.
Why bother tipping if I have to double check my order? I might as well go back there and make it myself at this point.
I’ll admit the first three times I did not call or take my order back. By the time I realized it, I had already reached my destination and what are they going to do about it.
This last time I sent my husband back because I was boiling. He literally came back with one incorrect (AGAIN) sandwich.
Maybe I’m unreasonable, but this is crazy. I’m filing a charge back, I want all $130. I’m not calling or going back, because I cannot be nice and polite, I’m pissed.

Girls that work there are rude. It takes way too long to get a toasted bagel.

I wanted to like this place; it's always busy and locally owned. That said, I simply cannot recommend them. I ordered a regular bagel dog and moved to the side while it was prepared. They put it in some sort of cooker, not sure if it was a microwave or a convection oven or what. It stopped about a minute later. The girl preparing food opened and closed the door without looking in and restarted the cooker. After it ended, I took my food to go, as I was short on time. It was very hot, so I had to wait a few minutes to eat it. When I started it, it was very rough. Buy the time I got 2/3 of the way through, the bagel was rock hard. (Literally. I tried hitting it with a hammer at home and it wouldn't break!) I was too far away by that time so I wrote it off as a bad experience. I hope it was a one-off, but it the first and last time I will have eaten there.

CHECK YOUR ORDERS. Even if you ask specifically, they will forget or ruin your sandwich, almost every single time. Check before you leave! Way too expensive for them to ruin my breakfast so often

Great bagels, some of the staff can be a little rude and about a 50/50 chance of you getting what you ordered. Always check before you’re home and realize you didn’t get what you paid for. Again amazing bagels but sucks when you go here 2-3 times a week and the staff might be rude to you when you’re frustrated with not getting what you paid for

They don’t let you order online or have DoorDash. Owners definitely aren’t with the times. Serious loss of revenue for them.

The food is good. But every single time I go in and ask for something extra that doesn't come with the breakfast sandwich they charge you for it but never put it on. And I didn't realize it til I got all the way home. It's the simplest thing to do ever and they never get it right. I think I might be done with that place.

Workers are so rude if asked to change something. I go in here all the time for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese literally JUST cream cheese & you think you couldn’t mess something so simple up. The amount of cream cheese I receive on my bagel is ridiculous to the point I am scraping mounds off with my finger, I started asking for light cream and that seems to be an issue every time. Are there not standards for how much cream cheese goes on a bagel? I always either get WAY to much or barely anything when I ask for light. I’m not putting the cream cheese on myself when I come in and pay you guys to do it, it’s not that hard. Today I went & I don’t usually get a drink but I got an italian soda. When the lady handed me it I asked where the lids were she looked at me and said “right behind you” and turned around with an attitude. I tried a sip of it and it tasted like straight carbonated soda. When I asked for more flavor the lady literally laughed at me and said “that was 5 pumps”. I don’t understand why your employees are so bitter all the time. Every single time I come in one girl in particular is usually working the register always is in a bad mood. What happened to saying have a good day after taking and order or thank you? The girl working the register today was so kind which was nice for a change. She was very nice when I asked for light cream cheese and made sure it was good.
Pics are from previous visits.

If you get a bagel in Gresham it was probably made here. If you have a place to get a bagel in Gresham that isn't here you've got no reason to go here. If you get your food to go be sure to check your order before leaving. They have maybe a 70% success rate when it comes to getting orders with more than one sandwich right. If you go on the weekend be sure to bring hearing protection as they have a piano player who thinks he's playing in a much louder room than he is.

The place was dirty as all get out. I ordered 3 breakfast bagels to go they had thin sliced cheap lunch meat 2 extremely thin slices, and the egg was gross it was like a soggy i dont know what it was. Bagels were clearly not fresh as they were crumbling. Not to mention it gave me and my family upset stomachs if ya know what I mean. also i think its totally ridiculous that just about everywhere you go now a days they're always asking for tips. Ive been a waitress for 25 yrs. So I know how hard it is doing actual table and drink service, checking in with guests and cleaning up after them ,but come on I'm standing in line ordering a bagel, and paying for it before I receive it. then someone brings it to me . They have signs everywhere to buss your own table. I think its brash to ask patrons gratuity for doing a job. Now when I'm eating out and getting a service that is a completely different thing. Businesses need to pay their employees better, and not expect patrons to supplement their income. Young people these days dont know the hard work that goes into getting a tip. They just expect it . End rant.
