I went to legacy coffee and ordered three sandwiches and lattes. The espresso machine was down so we were offered brewed coffee on the house. The person who came up to us had her fingers all in the coffee cup I was uncomfortable by this so I brought it up to the barista politely and was met with a passive aggressive tone. Sandwiches were alright.

Delicious bagels and live music. Traditional lox is the best

JAZZY BAGEL should be changed to Rock and Roll Bagel since the music is so loud and kind of Rock and Roll - and with a local jazz station at Mt Hood Community College in Gresham . This Jazz station is excellent and much better than the music now being played. Perhaps the staff is not In tune with JAZZ. or the manager isn't in tune to Jazz or even jazzy blues.

I got a simple plain bagel but it was delicious. I got a coffee to go along with it. Service was quick

Really nice place with a cozy cafe vibe and a fireplace. Feels very homey but not in a faux rustic way. Service is great, food is so-so but there’s breakfast all day and lots of bagel varieties. The bagel I had (onion) was just average, but they do have a lot of good options….and they will hook you up with whatever you need. Very nice people.

Great service, yummy bagels & reasonable prices! Great local bagel company ❤️🥯
I have been going to Jazzy Bagels since it opened many years ago. The bagels are as delicious as they always have been but the service has gone downhill. Lots of employees yet somehow it takes them forever to make a bagel sandwich that may or may not be made the way you ordered it. The staff seems very unorganized, unwilling to communicate with each other, rude to customers and to top it off the business closes way to early and more often than not they are out of the item you want to order. If the bagels weren’t as good as they are I would never put myself through the torture of dealing with the unorganized staff at Jazzy Bagels. This business used to run like a well oiled machine, not sure what happened in the last 3 or 4 years.
Owner needs to put their staff through some classes on dealing with customers. Or if they don't like their job that much maybe find a new one. More than a couple are really dismissive and they don't acknowledge the delivery drivers there to pick up orders.

4 visits and nearly $130 spent here in the span of 30 days (I went back into my emails and checked) Every single time my order is wrong. I don’t know if the girls in there can’t read or what, but I can not justify an average of $30 per visit with tip for two sandwiches and two bagels to be wrong every single time.
Why bother tipping if I have to double check my order? I might as well go back there and make it myself at this point.
I’ll admit the first three times I did not call or take my order back. By the time I realized it, I had already reached my destination and what are they going to do about it.
This last time I sent my husband back because I was boiling. He literally came back with one incorrect (AGAIN) sandwich.
Maybe I’m unreasonable, but this is crazy. I’m filing a charge back, I want all $130. I’m not calling or going back, because I cannot be nice and polite, I’m pissed.

Girls that work there are rude. It takes way too long to get a toasted bagel.

I wanted to like this place; it's always busy and locally owned. That said, I simply cannot recommend them. I ordered a regular bagel dog and moved to the side while it was prepared. They put it in some sort of cooker, not sure if it was a microwave or a convection oven or what. It stopped about a minute later. The girl preparing food opened and closed the door without looking in and restarted the cooker. After it ended, I took my food to go, as I was short on time. It was very hot, so I had to wait a few minutes to eat it. When I started it, it was very rough. Buy the time I got 2/3 of the way through, the bagel was rock hard. (Literally. I tried hitting it with a hammer at home and it wouldn't break!) I was too far away by that time so I wrote it off as a bad experience. I hope it was a one-off, but it the first and last time I will have eaten there.

CHECK YOUR ORDERS. Even if you ask specifically, they will forget or ruin your sandwich, almost every single time. Check before you leave! Way too expensive for them to ruin my breakfast so often

Great bagels, some of the staff can be a little rude and about a 50/50 chance of you getting what you ordered. Always check before you’re home and realize you didn’t get what you paid for. Again amazing bagels but sucks when you go here 2-3 times a week and the staff might be rude to you when you’re frustrated with not getting what you paid for
