I like bagels and I like this place, the staff not so much. I find it rude that when I give my partners name, Liam, for the order they choose to put in his name as ‘William’ Every. Single. Time. You know what they say about assuming, and look where we are. Please call out correct names when people order, I do not know a William.

Yummy bagels but the worst service, you shouldn't have to wait 17 minutes for a single bagel, I wouldn't give a tip prior to receiving your food, you could be there

Awful service. Was completely ignored by the staff until I directly called them out. Other patrons had to ask them to clean the tables because they were so gross. After waiting 10 minutes we asked what has happened to our order, apparently they had forgotten it. I asked for a refund and left.

I have been there a few times. It seems like it does matter when I go... I thought they were just busy. However today I went before lunch and by the time I got my turkey club was delivered the place was packed with people waiting. There was plenty of help to have to wait at least 30 minutes for a

Best bagel shop you will ever gaze your eyes upon. Best cream cheese your taste buds shall ever have the pleasure of tasting. If you haven't gone here yet, are you good? Jazzy bagels is the cure to any medical illness to ever exist, granted I have nothing to prove that, but one time my stomach was hurting and I ate jazzy bagels and my stomach stopped hurting so if that isn't proof I don't know what is. ‍ If I knew Gordon Ramsey I would tell him to give Jazzy bagels 5 Michelin stars.

Got the lox with a cheesy bagel! It was so big and delicious! My order was ready within 10 minutes. All the staff were super friendly.

Jazzy Bagels is a staple in downtown Gresham, offering delicious and fresh bagels and smears!I’ve never had a bad bagel here, with my favorite being cheddar. Buying the bagels themselves can seem spendy at over $2/bagel, but they are worth it! They will also slice them for you.I also got the Classic Breakfast with Bacon on a cheddar bagel, which was tasty. Some of the staff seem a little snobby, but most of them are nice. When you go here, you will order at one counter where the bagels are. They will hand you an order receipt, which you take down to the register to pay for. You will then either stand or sit to wait for your order, which they should call out your name. It can get pretty busy.Vegetarian options: Mostly vegetarian. Sandwiches can be modified.Parking: Plenty of parking either on Powell, parking lot, or the side street.

When I retired, I found this place as convenient and comfy place to come for lunch. Food is usually good, but sometimes the service is pretty bad. They keep changing the ordering process which has been a painful experience but I think they e finally got it down. What they also keep changing though are the prices. Constantly increasing. Faster than they can update their board actually as I was charged like 30% more for an item one day than the price for it listed on the menu board. Haven't been here now in 2 week and once again prices have increased and some menu items have been removed. I don't believe I will come back. Too bad.

This place can be extremely busy. I think it took more than 30 minutes to get our bagel sandwiches. They were very good, though.

Well at first it was Clean and nice, but now things have changed. Obviously there is no "dress code" or anything that was acceptable in past. Now inside kitchen looks just like several of the "camps" that are in and around our city. What used to be a completely transparent work area has been replaced with advertising boards which are there clearly to hide the Gross lack of quality control and sanitation. Cross contamination of products from jelly to butter, etc. they have a Great Bagel but the servicing of product seems to have been overlooked.

Food has been good since day one.. Staff attitudes has fallen short in years of late. Don't expect to get food after 1pm, they close at 2 and get extremely busy between 12-2.And apparently the new owner doesn't like reviews from the founder's niece, i originally posted how fantastic and highly recommend the food and atmosphere, they paid to have it removed .... I helped open this place in '99, my finger prints are in the paint.

Used to be a fast and great place to go. Now they're slow slow slow. Yes they were busy but they had many people working. Took over half hour to get a sausage bagel
