First time at this location and blown away. Read review! Looked like only 2 employees working. Not too busy. Young girl at front seemed new but was very friendly. Man in back was on top of things and let me know it would be ready soon. I think I received it 2 minutes after it said it would be ready when I ordered online. Was literally the best Jersey mikes sandwich I’ve ever had. And I’ve been a fan for a while. Bacon was crispy and fresh, turkey was fresh and thinly sliced....
Very friendly staff and very attentive! We had ordered a #5 and #42, but the second sandwich was not the right one. However, when we mentioned it, the manager was incredibly apologetic, and immediately gave us a refund for the sandwich. He even offered to remake the sandwich and threw in some goodies to boot! Both the Wood Village and this one are great, but this location seems to really have their act together!
