Really lame that there's no heat in the building. No way to sit and eat lunch in a place that's 51 degrees. When I asked if the heat could be turned on since I saw the thermostat was off was told no they can't touch the thermostat. That's some really horrible customer service

GROSS!!! I mean GROSS!!! I just bought 3 subs. Delivered. Worst sandwiches we have EVER had. Not edible. 1 slice of turkey on a turkey sandwich. Soggy, Tasteless, Garbage. Money and food wasted. Stay away from this place. It is SO BAD!!

Team does their best especially when working with a somewhat functional headset that picks up every noise around, miscommunication on orders, and unexpected rushes with what staff we have. This is a sandwich I had half of for lunch and the rest for dinner: #6, no toms, add easy onion and lettuce, add bacon. Thank you to the customers who understand and appreciate our service.

We paid $26 for the smallest sandwiches I've ever seen at JJs. I guess you get shorted if you get the 'unwich.' The Ultimate Porker was such a disappointment. I'm never coming back.

Advertised as open until 11pm but felt like we were being ignored and not being acknowledged. Did see people inside, would have understood if they were understaffed or closed early but was completely ignored from the staff inside. Avoid this location as they give bad service
Went in today the dude on the register saw me and automatically started to laugh so hard, idk if he is high or what but he was laughing for a good min after that got my order and received a skimpy sandwich there was more bread then ingredients. I should've listen to my instincts and gone to jersey Mike's instead.
