Tessa the manager was quick to correct an overcharge for my daughter who didn’t realize until 2 days later that she was accidentally over charged for her potato salad. Over the phone she never questioned the validity of the situation even though we offered to show the receipt and container. She provided in store credit and was very friendly and swift. GREAT customer service is always appreciated!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My sandwich doesn't come with mayo but it's smothered in it. I ordered a Vito, light lettuce, no tomato and light seasoning. So much lettuce it's basically a salad on bread and it has zero onions. The employees at this store are literally incompetent.
Edit: Wanted to say this isn't the first occurrence and I usually don't change the sandwich further than asking for no tomato. I order the exact same sandwich every time and never get the same thing.

Instead of delivering in-house, they team up with Uber who're well known for mistreating drivers, taking forever to deliver and NO tips go to store... Idk why they'd shoot themselves in the foot like that.

Return to "normal" and hire a real driver... ditch that evil company

Also, maybe mention that at the very beginning of the call when people ask for delivery, not at the end after wasting everyone's time...

The drive thru has been insanely slow the last few times I came through. I always pre-order online and still end up waiting around 15-20 minutes.. last two times I was there there was one person in drive thru and one person making sandwiches while a third was working dough. The gal doing sandwiches moved at a snails pace and the drive through window gal didn’t even acknowledge me when I pulled up. Not sure what’s going on - but if this keeps up I’m going to get my sandwiches elsewhere.

Prices are starting to exceed the quality and the experience... What I paid for 3 subs and drinks was a little shocking. I expect to pay more after the last 4 years but they are getting on the ridiculous side of things now...

Okay, here's some practical advice or feedback. The new girl that runs drive-through needs some training on urgency and enthusiasm. The sandwich line by drive-through window is down, don't do that. 1 person can run that line. Jimmy Johns, get someone in here to PICK UP THE PACE! Love you guys and the food, but someone needs to say and do something, no reprimands, just training. Cheers! :)

One of my favorite sandwiches! I love that the lettace, tomatoe, and onions are sliced really thin, so you taste it in every bite!I I get the #9, and the Italian dressing is so good. You can get an unwich... which is lettace wrap... there great!

While going through the drive thru the individual taking the order spoke so softly nobody in my vehicle could hear him. After asking twice what he was asking he said “is that all” bad customer service.

Waited at the drive through for 20 min while the dude that took my order conversed with others as my order sat. Again, bad customer service.

I get being young, but cmon man.

On point tonight. Uber delivered but the store nailed all of my special requests. Even got my food within 15 minutes.

I walked in for the first time to take out order they messed my sandwich up and then had to wait for one more sandwich to be made.then it was time to pay and I couldn't see the pay pad very good and I pushed the wrong button so that means I was giving them a 20 dollars tip and the told me 3 times that the boss higher up would let them refund my money but that hasn't happened yet.its be a month and it shouldn't take that long I did get a food credit but that's not the probable I was missed lead to think the employee talked to higher up.

Awful service. I’m not even through the drive thru yet and by the way I was treated on the microphone plus how long it took for my order to be taken, I’ll never be coming back to this location. Completely opposite of most other Jimmy John locations where the service is quick and workers are efficient and kind. Several audible sighs as I took my order as if I was a significant inconvenience to the lady taking orders, also as if this wasn’t the job she elected to have. Pretty wild stuff from this staff and location.
