It was good as far as fast food goes. It is better than McDonald's so that is a good thing.

That service guy just made my day. I just spent $11 on a chicken breast bowl, and I finally received a regular chicken bowl when I got home. I don't even sure if he was able to take orders, after servel times of repetition, he still screwed up my order. Please do not take chances!!!

Teriyaki beef needs to be made with thinly sliced beef ribeye!H-Mart in Tigard 99W will sell the sliced ribeye for $5.99 or less to restaurant owners with a minimum of 20 pounds, you should not substitute using other cuts of meat and especially hand slicing the meat. The meat in the picture seems to be a chuck-roll.I ordered the teriyaki beef and teriyaki chicken and the total came out to be almost $29.00Chicken was ok but the beef was really tough to chew on, it was too thick and uneven, and the marinade sucked!

I got the beef teriyaki bowl. All aspects were A plus- fresh, delicious, balanced flavors. Was expecting an Oriental kind of a salad- sorry- iceberg lettuce with a bit of carrot dosent do much for anyone! But it still gets a five star bc all things very fresh, and restaurant is very clean. I will come again, and thankyou for making terrific food!

If you enjoy getting food poisoning, you'll love this place! Bought my family dinner here last night and we all ended up racing for the toilet. Instant diahreah and upset stomache. This place needs to be shut down! They should be ashamed for charging money for this garbage. I'll be calling the authorities to get this dump inspected so that nobody else has to suffer this. Also, the food sucks!

Had horrible experience. Ordered chicken yakisoba. Chicken looked old, rice way over cooked, vegetables definitely not fresh. Also kung pao chicken tasteless. . Asked for extra sauce, guy was very rude. Called took food back, he was angry, did refund money. BE WARE Have ate there before and it was good.NEVER AGAIN

Horrible customer service. I was a frequent customer until today when I went and had bad service. I ordered two meals but was only given one sauce and when I asked for another sauce for the other meal, I was treated bad. The guy rudely told me that it would be extra money for another sauce. The way he said it was in a very rude and harsh way that was completely unnecessary. I understand that places charge for extra sauces and I wouldn't have minded paying but he did not need to treat me in such a way.

I ordered the lunch chicken teriyaki and rice bowl with a side of stirfried vegetables. The chicken tasted like it was leftovers from a few days ago. The rice was almost stale. And the Stirfry vegetable was definitely not fresh. Usually I have a very good experience with all the different joy teriyaki, but apparently not this time.

This was my first time tryin a Joy Teriyaki and got a teriyaki pork bowl it was $9.50. Having been to Japan several times it tasted the closest to the teriyaki I had there. Definitely worth every penny of that, lots of meat and a fair amount of rice too.

The chicken bowl is delicious and the serving is huge! They definitely don’t skimp on the amount of chicken. I love this place!
