The staff was friendly, polite and helpful, but I can't believe they lowered the chicken count for the $10 bucket on Tuesdays from 9 to 8!
KFC makes decent chicken but their sides leave something to be desired. The biscuit was dry, the mash potatoes could've used more gravy, and I clearly received an aged batch of coleslaw that was too runny.
The staff was friendly and easy to interact with even though english wasn't their first language. There's not much parking but this is understandable considering the modest size of their dining room.
I was impressed with their self serve area for people who ordered online, however it appears to be the honor system as you simply walk up, find the bag with your name, grab and go! By contrast Popeyes keeps your online order behind the counter which forces you to interact with their staff, verify it's actually your order by showing them your phone, and THEN they hand you your food. This is a much more secure system.
While your parking (or leaving) please be sure to double check for other patrons whizzing by you as they eager approach drive thru.

My guy forgot to put coleslaw that i paid for and he forgot to shove it in there. I’m showing the bag at the same instance i got the bag in-front of drive thru (which had no coleslaw) my guy was still convinced it’s in there and kept going back and forth. I legit had to hand him the bag back and get a sandwich and fries out to make sure it’s not in there 😂 idk what to say tbh
Count your chicken before you go. 11 pieces of chicken do not make a "12 piece meal".

DONT EAT HERE!!!!!!!They gave me raw chicken and a raw biscuit. Refused to refund me and had the nerve to ask if I wanted more of their raw food. HELL NAW!!! DONT EAT HERE!!!!!

I ordered a famous bowl on a Saturday and I didn't start to eat it until I got home and noticed that the chicken was raw I called the store several times and no answer. I called the following day to let them know and no answer again. So I ended up throwing it away since the store is a 25 minute drive from my house. Came in Monday morning to let them know and the general manager was rude and said I had to bring the bowl back which is understandable but I had thrown it away I explained to I had called the number on the receipt come to find out it was the wrong number and yet he still chose to not make it right. That was a bad experience I won't come here again.
