I called in for an order of a bucket of 12 pieces of chicken. I had asked for all drones and thighs. When I went to go pick up my order, the cashier could not find my order. The person who took my order had written it down on a piece of paper. I got the order and paid for it and came home. When I looked through the chicken, it was all mixed. It wasn’t what I had asked for. Next time I will do the order online or I will go in person myself and personally tell them the exact chicken that I want.

Since moving to Oregon about 2 years and 4 months ago, I have not had KFC so I thought I’d tried this new crispy chicken they have. Oh geez! 🤦🏻♀️too disappointed!!!! Lots of breading full covered on all over the chicken 🍗 ordered 8 pieces and had 2 bites couldn’t eat anymore 🫨🥴is there supposed to have sauce too 🤷🏻♀️☹️🫨

Took me 35 minutes to get an 8 piece chicken. They seemed overwhelmed at half customer capacity. In their defense there seemed to be at least one new employee and the place was decently clean. This is the only place I've ate KFC where I threw it away instead of take leftovers. I will not return due to the chicken taste.

I asked for a fresh piece of chicken breast in extra crispy and received extra crispy that was old cold and could break a window. I went back today for the same order as yesterday extra crispy breast which was fresh only it wasn't what I asked for it was original recipe. Will never go back. It's not what I spent they can't get the order correct. Shame on this company.

Placed our order, got most of my food but got parked and didnt get my chicken little. If your going to park people at least make sure they get all of their food
The white guy he is an old man (Saturday June 21 2025) *he was wearing a red cap and a blue sweater or jacket* he has such a rude attitude and bad customer service. He is racist And rolled his eyes when I asked for ranch. Will not be coming back here any time soon.

We messed up and ordered online for pick-up but the location was set for Astoria, not Gresham. When we arrived to pick up our food and realized it was in Astoria. We immediately called Astoria to let them know, but the staff at Gresham KFC was amazing. They gave us great advice on what to order, cooked it fast and we're so kind, even though we had messed up our order, not them.

My food was pretty much dehydrated, i guess it goes well with rest of 2020! Expensive food for such little quality
