My wife and I come here to eat lunch all the time. Today their ice machine was down so they told us that it was going to take a few to get our ice so we waited and waited. Then we noticed 3 other customers come in and instead of telling them to wait for ice they offered them a cold drink from their fridge. So we went and re asked them about the ice he repeatedly said he had no idea when ice was going to be available even tho every other customer was offered a cold drink. We believe the worker was hating on the fact my spouse and I are a gay couple. It was a horrible experience and horrible service.

The food was expensive but much tastier than normal burger joints. The fries weren't much to write home about. The "super-spicy" bomb-it option was barely on par with jalapeños. I love that there was Nine-Inch-Nails playing in the lobby. ???

They randomly closed early, but they weren't polite enough to update Google maps. I just spent my fuel and time to get here and now that's wasted. And now I don't get dinner tonight. Because you guys are rude and you can't update your business. It says you're open on the maps. That's what your customers are expecting. The door is even open. How rude. I work all day long I don't get to eat if you guys close early. You guys need to update your hours. This isn't the plandemic anymore. People work for a living and when you randomly close your hours early and keep changing up your hours, it makes it so that I can't rely on you guys to get dinner so I won't be back

We have been going to Killer Burger well over a decade, and we have always been happy. It's true that the Peanut Butter pickle burger is to die for. But we've had just about every burger and have never been disappointed. The service is always excellent and the staff is very friendly. It's also super clean and inviting. We highly recommend this Killer Burger!

All the killer burgers are great.... My Daughter for her 6th birthday wanted to go to killer burger.... Any where to eat and she picked killer burger.... (That has to say something for K.B.) Great fries, great burgers, nice atmosphere!!! (BTW all Burgers come with fries and Bacon) how can you be at that!!!!

First time here prices are way too high for what they offer
Having eaten at Killer Burger for years, this last meal makes me hesitant to ever return.
Both burgers were cooked medium at best and were greasy throughout. Poor texture and just doused in sauces. My partner’s burger had blue cheese smeared all over the bun from whoever prepared it, which itself is a huge allergen risk. To top it off, my partner and I both got sick to our stomachs hours later.
Zero reason for a burger to be this hastily assembled, especially when the place wasn’t that busy.
