Easily the lowest quality Little Caesars experience I've had. I ordered online around 5pm and it said it would be done by 5:30. I show up and check in around 5:25 and they say that something is still in the oven. I wait and receive my order around 5:50. There were probably 20-25 people who came and left from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Although I understand there are peak hours in food, this was kind of wild how long it took from ordering online. Walk-ins went was faster.
If that was it, I probably wouldn't be writing this. When we opened the pizza at home, the crust was fairly normal thickness on a third of the pizza, and was hardly that of the most modest thin crust on the other side. The Crazy Puffs: two were normal, one was a little short, and the last was not even half the height of a full sized one. The only reason this isn't a 1-star is because the Crazy Bread was as it should be.
I've worked in fast food and I understand how crazy it gets in the evenings. That said, if a manager saw me send out food like what I received, we would have had a problem. Something has to tighten up at this location. I took photos but Google isn't letting me post them from my phone

Total time there was 27 minutes for 1 peperoni pizza and 2 crazy bread.
I think they need 1 extra employee on lunch time for sure.

Staff is always friendly, pizza is always standard Little Ceasars affair. Today the online option to order was down so I called and placed an order. If I knew these employees were working in heat advisory weather with hot ovens and NO AC, I wouldn't have ordered. These are unreasonable working conditions and the store should not be open based on the safety of the employees. If the owners are reading, please respect our workers and give them healthy work conditions. I hope the workers don't return to work until the AC is fixed; it's strike worthy.

Hello, ladies and gentlemen, mister morrow is here again. So came here to the nearest little caesars by my house and long story short, I thought I was going to get into it with the cashier do 2 him having to refund my money back because I was short by $4 and part of me was very upset because I was asking questions and uh he just went ahead and refunded me my money, which I wasn't able to order anything cause it's on my debit card. But I stopped myself. And just let the cashier know like, Hey man, my bad it was a miscommunication. I apologize. It's all right period The guy went above and beyond And told me, don't worry about it, it's on me. All I gotta say is I very much appreciated. Because even with life, as of right now It's been very difficult. I finally just started working. I finally got my wife and I and our puppy a place to live. Homeless homelessness is a real big issue here in Portland Gresham. Area and yeah, just the kindness that the kid did. It says wonders and I appreciate so much. Is that my family can eat dinner's name, so thank you again. I most definitely will come and eat here again. And most definitely will give the kid a tip once I get my check. And if you're the general manager reading this, it's at 6:20 PM. Thursday June 5th, and whoever the cashier was deserves a raise. Thank you buddy

The most disgusting pizza I ever tasted. Saw all the ads for the stuffed pizza crust and decided to order one. They sprinkled salt all over the pizza, it’s supposed to be on the “pretzel crust” the crust is not a pretzel crust it’s just a thicker crust. Had to throw it out. Here’s a picture of what I got vs what the website shows.
It was my first time to a Little Caesars and we liked it a lot. Prices were great and the food was good. The electronic warmers were nifty. Just walked in and grabbed my food and went home. Easy peasy.

It took 45 minutes for my two pizzas to be ready, and I found when I got home that one of them had hardly any sauce and the other had no sauce at all. Very disappointed. They've upped their prices while speed and quality have taken a nosedive. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere.

I understand that you may have a lot of orders, I understand that you may be busy, but please cut the portions as evenly as possible, that disparity is very ugly, not to mention that you must put the quantity of product described in each presentation image, specifically I was affected in 3 Hawaiian pizzas, I want to continue being your customer, please improve on that!

On 3/8/25 my husband and I got two pizza's. One pizza was burnt and the other was so soggy. The toppings were all placed in the center of both pizza's. Both went in the trash... waste of money.
