The only times my gf and I enjoy going is when the one nice barista is working there, the one that’s featured in their tik tok the most. Other than that, the baristas don’t really look at us or talk to us. They also run out of items and don’t tell us until after we pay… I thought that was pretty inconsiderate. Don’t go here if you’re in a rush- we waited for quite awhile before the barista opened the window. We almost left be side we thought they were closed randomly. Again, we keep going back to see our fav barista but are always bummed out when she’s not there. :( They need to find nice baristas pls :( It’s almost not worth it anymore.

Sat in the drive through for more 15 minutes never got served. The worker never acknowledged me at all. She was just hanging out talking to a Freind. If you are in a hurry I wouldn't recommend this coffee stop.

Been visiting the area for a week trying as many coffee shops as I can and this has by far been my favorite!! Awesome costumer service and delicious drinks definitely worth leaving the downtown area to grab a cup of Lotties!

This place will definitely be my new go to when I'm in the area! I visited for the first time yesterday and went with the safe choice of an energy drink and it blew me away with how delicious it was 🤤 and if the drink didn't win me over the sweetest person working there absolutely did. I can't wait to go back and try their coffee and other goodies 💜

Love the amount of choices on the menu, my drinks were DELICIOUS, and they came out so quickly! It’s my first time here and I can’t believe I haven’t come before. You just earned a regular!

All the girls that work at Lottie’s are super friendly and fun to talk to ! The drinks are refreshing and ALWAYS on point and they have so many options to chose from 10/10 would recommend

Lottie’s has the most drink options out of any coffee shop ive ever seen. The customer service is great and all the baristas are so kind. I come here almost everyday and always have a good visit!

Subpar customer service. Ordered online for delivery, item I received was not as advertised online. I called to get clarification, spoke to the owner, and she implied it was my mistake for not ordering the item correctly. Very condescending demeanor.
When an item pictured on a menu includes whipped cream and other toppings, it’s implied it will come with those toppings. I’ll include pictures of what the menu advertised, compared to what I got.
The coffee was gross anyway.

Lottie’s is a great little coffee cart located behind McCrae’s on W Powell blvd in Gresham. The owner is sure to make your coffee or curated beverage just as you request. Making sure you are happy before you drive away. 😁
