Every time I order through Grubhub at this McDonald's, items are always missing from my purchase. They don't do a good job. I wouldn't recommend anyone making this type of purchase at this location.

I ordered online and used the pick-up option. My order had special requests for multiple people. Everything was correct and the employee bringing out the food and drinks was very personable. This is our favorite McDonald's.
don't bother upsizing. You get about the same portion of fries regardless of how big of a container they give you.

Wish we hadn’t stopped. Food was trash. Only thing edible was my McDouble that I got with only ketchup so it was made fresh. Ordered in the drive through and asked to wait around the front. Had to go in to get our order. It was around the time for change over from breakfast to regular but none of the food was fresh? Just nasty. Chicken sandwich had a horrible texture. Fries gross Threw everything away

I don’t post reviews at all but this store sucks at what they do. If you order a meal for delivery instead of canceling the order due to being out of stock, they will send you the side and drink instead. Or even pick up the phone and make a quick call to see if you can substitute the item. Don’t know the thinking behind it but it isn’t the first time this has happened. Service at this store has went down the last few years and won’t be returning.
The Gresham McDonald’s doesn’t feel safe, which makes for an uncomfortable experience. On top of that, the food quality is noticeably worse than other McDonald’s locations in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Another day; another traffic jam spilling out into the street from the drive-thru. Interesting how getting a quick meal means skipping the fast food joint. Also imagine having dual drive-thrus but only being able to talk to more than one person at a time.
