Large Fries are small thru the drive thru. They are in there somewhere but they dont crown the container. Sign at drive thru says 5 dollar sausage egg mcmuffin meal. But window person refuses to honor. Says sign is wrong. 12/1/2025. What's going on???

Went through the drive through. Two of my medium fries were less than half full. And they gave me a bigmac instead of my quarter pound w/c and bacon. Went inside and waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to fix the burger. Which was sitting behind him. They grabbed the correct cold one and took the bigmac back.

Placed my order and went up to pay they took my card ran it a few times and I was told I was good. Pulled up to the next window only to find out I was declined after being told I was good. Not sure what the clerk was doing but I got a call from my bank accusing my of fraud. What did the employee do to get my flagged for fraud, I have never had that happen in my life until this store. Will never go here again wouldn't trust this store

They accidentally handed my McFlurry and sundae to another car in the drive thru. I proceeded to watch them take it back from that car, and then try to hand it to me when I got to window. I said I would need them remade since I just saw them go into another persons car and then be taken back through the window and the Hispanic girl working the window got a huge attitude because she had to do her job properly. Then proceeded to remake them half full and got even more upset when I called it out. Do better.

Rude Hispanic or Mexican woman working at the counter got an attitude when we asked for a barbecue sauce that we ordered and that her coworker forgot to charge. Do better, especially to pregnant women. No need to be rude

Be wary of using the app, especially around breakfast time ending. My friend was picking up breakfast for my family and she was in a long drive thru line. When she pulled up to the teller box she let them know she had an app order. Well they said she was too late for breakfast, mind you the order was made 15 minutes before breakfast ended and she was already in line also. She had to cancel that order, but the worst part is MCDONALD'S charged her for all of our breakfast order and is now refusing to reimburse her. We will never use the app again since it scammed us out of money. Its not trust worthy.

My order is wrong AGAIN and this time I decided to call about it but no one will answer the phone. The slip on my food is correct but the food is not. I'm very tired of wasting my hard earned money on food I can't eat.
