Everything is ok, but there’s a homeless guy showing up every night and he stinks. And when I visited the restroom, it even stinks. I would even like to have the restroom to have locks.

Good pizza but we absolutely froze. Had to wear our coats and hats and others did too for dine in. Today’s temp outside was 43 degrees. Just as cold inside MOD. Turn on your heat!!

I was pleasantly surprised. The woman was very nice and patient. She clearly separated the two sides of the pizza, and I didn’t get a single piece with the other topping. The tables were clean, and the pizza was just perfect.

Ordered the basic mad dog and added 13 additional toppings. Pucked it up it was a cold basic mad dog not one of the additional toppings i ordered.
It felt like the woman making the pizzas didnt want to be here. No sense of urgency as there was a line forming behind me, she continued to work at a snails pace even with her coworkers urging her to move quicker.
I also have some sensitivities to some of their ingredients and normally ask them to switch gloves. Usually its never an issue and they are happy to do it, this time though...she gave me some flack and acted like I asked her to go take a decon shower 🙄.
Hoping this was just a fluke in the customer service...

Great service, delicious pizza per your selection and served hot and quickly. The side Ceasar salad was fresh, cold and crispy. Lots of tasty ingredients to add to either salad or pizza. Really appreciate this place!

The guy that was helping us feel like he didn’t want to be there. He gave me a salad bowl with welted greens, thinking he would throw it away and pick it out but instead he put into the bowl when he even saw it. This is not a good customer service experience. Please coach your team on delivering good customer service with great food quality. Thank you! P.S coming from another manager from another food chain.
