Food is good. Salsa is amazing. Prices have gone up over 30% in the last couple years. Despite that, this place has been one of our family favorites for a long time. On our recent visit though, they forced an 18% tip on the bill with no way to modify it, only a line to add an additional tip. I had my first experience at Margarita Factory (Gresham) tonight and it was better than I imagined. The menu has plenty of options. In fact, just the Margarita menu was over-stimulating. The food is tasty, fast service. And such a kind and accommodating staff. I know people will say “it’s her job to do so,” but coming from someone in a wheelchair who doesn’t have use of her hands, I loved that my waiter kept walking by to refill my glass (it was never empty).
