Absolutely FIRE gyros. The Tzatziki is soooo good. Some incredible grub and service here.

I have been to two other Nicholas's in Portland area before coming to the Gresham one and this is def my fav location. The food was top notch, the service was great, and the vibe is bright and clean. I moved closer to Gresham recently, so will be frequenting this spot! We got the salmon kebab plate with rice and the lamb over hummus. Both were good but I preferred my kabob plate. We also shared a baklava dessert and both got the lemonade. Highly recommend getting both!!

Haven’t been here for many years.
Arrived today party of 3 around 515pm on Friday, only one table was open after us.
Food was wonderful, Gyro is massive. The sauce with pita bread made my tongue have a reaction I got a couple swollen taste buds but other than that I love the food.
We got a meat platter to share but it came out smaller than I remember, flavors burst in your mouth.
Also tried the lamb kabobs which were great as well.
Place gets full quickly especially Friday and weekends.
Prices are kinda high but worth the experience.

We loved the bread which was still fresh and steamy when it served. The dishes were full of flavors and spices, the rice was great, of course the chocolate peanuts butter baklava was amazing! We don’t have much experience with Lebanese food but this was a great start.

This restaurant is a fun place to eat. Newly renovated. Clean. Downtown Gresham. Excellent food and service. Large portions.

What happened to Nicolas? I remember how exciting it was when Gresham got a location, this was always our go to spot when we have guests in from out of town to try great food. Big portions, amazing food, and excellent service. Now all of those things have slipped away. Food, not as good, now only decent. Even the chicken kabobs have changed, once you would get two meals out of one. Now it comes pre-chopped to hide the fact you are getting less.
The service? Yikes takes 25 minutes just to be seen after seated. Had to ask for water THREE times? And of course, as with all else, prices are up up up.
So sad, I have given the Portland location a few chances and they are even worse. New ownership? The kids are cutting corners? Bummer. You can't rely on the old reputation as quality tanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed this little place. It was a very clean place, neat and attractive. I had the lamb gyro bowl. So delicious!! The wait staff were spot on and attentive.
