Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

One of the rudest waiters I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Dude, I know it was a busy lunch rush, but not cool to take it out on me. Food was ok. It's olive garden. We all know what they have and what to expect. But the service at this particular location was so dreadful, it makes me never want to return to any of their establishments. This was my first time here. I just happened to be in the area. I usually stop by the one near Vancouver Mall where it is always a pleasant experience.

Today is 7/11. Ordered to-go online for delivery to my home. I ordered Chicken Alfredo and received it around 9:30PM! Got my order with burnt smell. I couldn’t even finish my food it was bad and the chicken was so rough and barely could even bite through it because it was so burnt. Whoever the cook is that night need to get fired!!! Anyway, here’s a photo of the burnt pieces I had to eat and set aside. EVERY SINGLE PIECE WAS BRUNT! Never had horrible grilled chicken til today!!

I recently picked up a takeout order. The entrees, breadsticks, and toasted ravioli were very good. However, the salad was terrible. It had been sprayed with some sort of preservative (I'm assuming) to keep the salad looking fresh. The smell and taste were so overwhelming we couldn't eat it. This is the second time this has happened so I won't be ordering again. I doubt that the salads ordered by in house diners have this. Many people are allergic to this sort of preservative so you may want to forego the salad on takeout orders.

I highly recommend the Ravioli Carbonara!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. My 7 yr old wanted to eat some of my salad and the waiter said that every additional plate would be charged! Are you serious? I came for the unlimited salad that comes with my meal. While I understand that unlimited is ment for one, to try and charge a child for one small scoop of salad is ridiculous! We ordered 4 adult meals and 2 kids meals. We have been here many times and have always given our children some of the salad. Never once has a server ever threatened to charge us. The food is mediocre at best in my opinion not a fan of pasta but I come for the kids. Brandon was our server and unfortunately put a real sour taste in our mouths. I was cordial paid my tip and left just so I could get to the car and leave a review

I usually tend to order here as a go to place for Italian food. But lately the portions were low and poor customer service. They do not read customers requests for food. Even when I order an extra meat the portions were very small.

Josh was one of the kindest and most understanding server I’ve ever met. He could understand exactly what the customer needed without them even having to say it. I wish we could see more servers like him who prioritize customer satisfaction everywhere. Thanks again!

Me and my grandma came in a couple days ago and had Chris as our server he was super nice and very attentive. Will be asking for his section next time we come in!
