Usual good service and atmosphere

Notice: this was the very first time in years that the salad wasnt A plus plus plus. I noticed a bit of it being off. First time ever. Disappointed. Will still come hack, but hoping it was a one-off. Everything else was stellar.

Came for dinner and our service was amazing!!! Perla is a great server!!! She was so sweet and super fast!! She got all of our refills right away!!

We love our local Olive Garden: the service was prompt, the food fresh and delicious, minimal wait and a short drive. We keep coming back!

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. When I came in there was only 4 cars so it wasn’t busy… why did it take over 15 minutes before I got my drink? My appetizers’ came first and I had eaten them almost gone before I got my drink… the food was mediocre, no refills of anything was offered.

Ive been dinning here for 20yrs or more the food has gone down hill. The service is spotty. There arr some great waiters like Chris he is the best but when he isn't there ill turn around and go home next time. Last time they got my order wrong. It took forever, the guy didn't ask if we wanted refills on our water or Alfredo dipping bowl 🤔 they did comp. My dinner so at least the manager was nice and doing his job.

Food quality is not worth the price. Our food was EXTREMELY bland! We ordered 2 take home entrees and never got them even though we were charged. Drinks were not refilled.

We went to have lunch there today we ordered our food and waited I looked around and what I saw dissatisfied me and made me disgusted didn’t want to eat my food after!dust that made it hard to breath everywhere sticky tables and dirty floors!

Had to ask for coffee and bread stick refills. I know prices are going up but I could eat at a local fine restaurant for what Olive Garden charged us.

Suburb service! Hayden was absolutely incredible. He was kind, friendly, caring, and went above and beyond the entire visit. He was great with our 2 year old and knew how to help make the visit easier with her needs. So grateful to have had the opportunity to sit in Hayden’s section. The kiosk timed out when I was filling out a review, so I wanted to make sure that the message got passed along. He was incredible. Give the man a raise!! We would be so happy to come back and see him again.

The only reason I give it 2 stars is because I've eaten here a lot. I like the food. The atmosphere is solid. And I do get pretty good service most times. But, this is the fifths time I've went in by myself on a Weekend and get completely ignored. Today? I went in and they clearly wanted me to sit in the bar. I don't drink alcohol. This mean I would be ignored. So, I want a dining room seating. The hostess' clearly didn't like that. So, I was seated. Sat there for 20mins watching wait staff just not acknowledge me period. I just got up and left. That was quite disrespectful.... I hate to say it I'm not sure I will be back. It's a shame because A few of their wait staff are genuinely amazing. To bad they didn't staff them when they need them. Haye to say I don't know if I'll be back.

Well, it's a chain restaurant, so that means you're going to get consistency no matter which one you go to. The food is not spectacular, but it's good, and there's plenty of it. The servers are friendly and efficient.
