The food is always great (we do wish they’d bring back the egg roll sampler but it’s still okay 😉) their cocktails however are the absolute worst! I’m so sorry but they are terrible. They really need some bartending training! Please! (They can’t even do a vodka lemonade:( please work on your bartending skills ❤️

Food took too long and the customer service was not good

we had a birthday party for my husband and son July 27. the waitress was amazing . there were 11 in the party she kept up with everyone, with out losing a beat. she had a smile and very up beat everyone's meals were per fit. everyone left happy and full

They told us a 30 minute wait and after 45 minutes they said no more than 10 more minutes. Finally after an hour and 5 minutes they said they didn’t have any room and weren’t sure how much longer. We only had 6 people. It wasn’t even the wait that was irritating. 3 people stood around at the reception stand the whole time and they waited for us to come up. They had plenty of time to come out and communicate with us and at least pretend like our time mattered to them and that our business mattered. Sad because we come here at least a few times a month and this isn’t the service that we are used to.

Wonderful food and incredibly kind staff. They generously provided a meal for our son during a difficult time, and it meant so much to our family. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Family of 6 here. Not a single meal was worth the money. Kids didn’t even enjoy Mac and cheese. Unfortunately we had good memories of Roadhouse from 20 years ago and hadn’t been there much in that time. Really wanted to enjoy it but it just fell flat.

So we get there about 830 and the hostess lets us know it’s a 10 min wait and also that the restaurant closes at 9 pm so that if we could go somewhere else it would be greatly appreciated because there was a couple of guest ahead of us and of course it was late I’ve not heard of a hostess say go somewhere else we don’t want your business!Thank goodness for the Olive next door cause they said we would love your business!

I was there to pick up an order for a customer because I was working for Doordash.

Zero stars. My boyfriend and I were seated but never served. No one came to our table after 20 minutes we got up and left

Hate to sound like such a Karen but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Best part of the trip was showing up.
We were seated very quickly. Had our drink and appetizer order down and came back with drinks. Later came with appetizers. This is where it starts to go down hill. We didn’t get any rolls so I asked for some and they came a time later. We ordered or main course which was quick and easy all I asked for to make it somewhat difficult is no sour cream in my potatoes.

When our food arrived my ribs where cold normally I don’t like to be the only one with a problem so I asked the person I was with to also feel the meat
Instantly she said it was cold.
Granted I asked her to feel it but now my food had been touched by her and I asked them to replace it since it was cold.

Five minutes later it came back not cold but the same exact plate. I don’t know who all touched it or what but they brought back the same exact rack of ribs.

When I asked them if this was modern practice they decided to let me know that all of the meat is cooked cold to begin with like I don’t know that the meat didn’t just show up cooked like magic.

So I generously asked for the check and box and they saw all my foot sitting and asked what the problem was so I told them. And instead of coming back with my check so I can pay and take the food home to my dogs. They decided they would take the food off the bill and not let me take the food home.
I mentioned many times I just wanted the check and boxes and they are the ones who pressed the issued. I never said I wanted a refund or for them to take my food.

I will not be going back.
