certain hours of day affect food quality, noticed. last time rice was dry, food wasn’t as tasty but this time it’s better. I can smile now.

Poor food quality. We eat here maybe once a month. It is a hit and miss with this location. Sometimes the food is good and most of the time’s below standards. I love noodles. But for some reason this location gives you more vegetables than the noodles. Tired of the crappy service as the employees remarks are, “that is how the food is made”…. If I wanted a salad I would order a salad but I want noodles! Why is it hard for Panda Express to accommodate the right amount of noodles? Very frustrating and disappointing. Waste of my hard earned money!

This is a fast food Chinese place and believe it or not, it's delicious in this genre! My server went above and beyond when I asked her to back off on the amount of rice she was packing and she suggested I get a kid's meal instead. It was perfect for what I wanted. They had a good variety of options, the food was fresh and hot, and they even had a dessert (hot apple egg roll that looked delicious). Our location in Gresham is on a corner, so it's fun to sit at the counter and look out. Not a bad experience to eat in, but takeout is good too. Really pleased that we finally tried this place and we will return.

Stopped by this one, thought I hadn’t been here in a while so maybe there’s been some improvement, I was wrong. It’s worse. The food is consistently bad, dry barely cooked noodles that look and taste like they were just thrown in a wok for a few seconds with no sauce added, chicken is always hard. This is the worst Panda Express in the area. Your better off driving up the road a bit to the one on Burnside, it’s a thousand times better.

I asked to get teriyaki chicken and she gave me orange chicken and told me that you didn’t have teriyaki chicken

I come in 2 times a week, never seen LISA BEFORE, she not new I guess, she gave me an inconvenience, she could have put the last little bit of beef which was substitute for the bourbon chicken, , easy.. there was nothing there, she said 1 scoop, depends on the worker, she was very rude to me, I gather napkins and straws as a customer, she said - oh ur stealing straws now!? They r for the customers correct? Then she says go leave with ur mom! Disrespectful! Absolutely not okay! Especially if customer service is not there. I buy panda 1-2 times a week, never seen LISA before, my mom was crippled with a Cane, that's messed up if she wants to say I'm stealing straws, YALL GOT AN ABUNDANCE OF BULK STRAWS IN THE BACK, 1 scoop? Wat if someone is heavy to slim? I've had them put a scoop and a half at times LISA WAS RUDE!!!!!!!! call security, tf they gon do? It would be very messed up if I'm not aloud in the location anymore due to speaking my mind as a customer, Lisa says speak to my manager, , 4 wat ? Don't be rude and I won't be RUDE. This is AMERICA, I EXPECT PROPER SERVICE AND LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS! IM A WAREHOUSE WORKER, MY DAYS OFF IM HUNGRY! This Panda Express locations is my go-to. The convenient hours have meant I always have food after work, and seeing the workers toss noodles and chop chicken right in view ensures I always know the food is fresh. And the staff are very kind when you're waiting on an online order.
If you want spot for Chinese food better than some of the other places nearby, and much cheapertas well, then this should be your go-to too!

Not a damn drive through

Put in a pickup order thinking it was going to be quick, it was not. The food was mediocre at best, rice was very bland, soggy chicken. The worst of it all was that I found a hair in my food. Extremely disappointing
