Very slow service, food was adequate.
They don't have the slightest respect for their clients. It is not the first time with a problem in my order. I didn't ask for rice in my order but I see that they don't care at all what you order in this place
Manager is so nice! Came to every table and asked how it was going. You can tell she is a great manager! Made me feel so welcomed. Food is always good.

Went to this location to order food at approximately 950 pm I was ordering 3 bigger plates along with additional sides and order that I normally do online but this time I decided to do it in person when I came they told me that they could not cook the teriyaki or the sides if they was out I said I order here all the time online big orders and normally this place is packed this time at night but no customers were there this particular time he told me we cannot cook anything else I said we always order online and they cook it fresh he said that’s only online and in person we cannot do that I also said that’s only online doesn’t add up I’m here in your face and can’t cook it but if I order online you can I honestly felt like this tall gentleman and his crew was simply trying to get out of cooking the food he said it was policy and I said I never heard of such stupid policy it pissed me off so I’m writing this review because I am not only a class A truck driver who spends a lot of money here but also do grub hub here food delivery and a witness to this location being busy this time of night and cooking fresh food they don’t know I know so yeah one star

They were so mainly focused on getting takeout orders. They was giving them the fresh food and giving us the old nasty food. Here’s the quality of this teriyaki chicken wow y’all really did this Who win their right mind will want to eat this

Ordered online at 10:20am - arrived at 11:45 for order pickup. Just got my food at 12:15. I waited 30 mins for preordered food. Wasted my whole lunch break. Never coming back to this location.

The person who attend me when they were taking my order was acting very rude and made faces. When taking my order I asked for two more plates and she rolled her eyes at me. I feel like if you could please talk to them. About being more kind and talk more about customer service would be better. Please do that so other people don’t get the same treatment from your workers. Her name was “Li”
Manager was yelling at all employees including me because she couldn't find my only order. wich I already had paid and had order number and screenshot of order. She yelled at me saying I need your phone to be faster for your own good. In front of the rest of the costumers. I was really embarrassed. But just stayed quiet. I she doesn't keep yelling at everyone again. So frustrated

This location is awful. The manager was extremely extremely rude to her employees. To the point that I've seen a trainee, Go back and cry due to her harassment. They should not be running the establishment. And I would argue they need to be audited because this behavior that I see and how the employees are treated are absolutely ridiculous. I will no longer be going to this panda Express strictly due to the treatment I see the employee's face every single day. I used to go here for lunch constantly but the just sheer amount of mistreatment I have seen on a regular basis is ridiculous and it's always the same manager. I do believe her name is joannne.

This order was a complete waste of money. The rice tasted like it survived a house fire, and judging by the looks of it, they must have sent it on a vacation to a BBQ pit and forgot to bring it back. If I wanted “smoky flavor,” I would’ve just licked my grill.

If I could give a negative star it would be here. Online order placed when I go to picj up per rext telling me its done the employee at register refuses to help anyone whos standing in a line for online order pick ups. When she finally asks order name majority of us tokd its still not ready. Had tobwait another 20 mins before my food actually was ready. Live just 5 mins away and when i took food out of bag it was very cold. And they didnt put anybsauce or give sauce for teryiaki chicken food that was oart of order. Contacted company per their website wanted to give them their food back for a refund. Website just gave 1 reply of sorry it will be longer than normal for us to respond. You have to leave an email. I left very detailed one with pics of my texts and receipt for order been a few weeks no one will respond. I avaoid this place at all costs now. Horrible experience and a waste of money . Never ever again .

Nothing express about this place. Very mismanaged
Food is hit or miss ... but if it's a miss - I hope RACHEL is there. She's amazing and there needs to be more people like her in customer service
