BETTER THAN OTHER LOCATIONS The pizza crust here is consistently better than other Papa Johns locations, which is definitely a plus. They can be pretty slow when making the pizzas, but once I finally get my order, it always tastes delicious. The customer service from the employees can be a bit unpredictable, though. If you ask about the pizza specials, they sometimes get a little annoyed.
Still, during the summer when I didn’t want to cook on a Friday night, this spot really saved me.

I'm giving this Papa John's location five stars. Simply based on the customer service. Typically, I am subjected to subpar service from staff members. Sadly, it is frequent, when I go out to order food at pretty much every type of establishment in USA.
I received exemplary service from Paul, the shift lead supervisor on duty on NYE. He is a likable standout, worthy of high marks. I don’t take these matters lightly.
The pizza was yummy. Their menu selections are numerous, and rarely disappoint. I got a super deal on an extra large, one topping pizza. I chose square cut slices.
Dough dust from the flour was all over the place. The floors were very coated with white powder, must mean this location is busy. The staff working were covered in it too.
I paid for half of the order using Papa Dough that had accumulated in my rewards account. The pie was already low priced, for $10.99. What a WIN!!

Pictures are lies. The pizza I received didn't look like the pictures. The toppings were dry, and the employees were weird. One employee gave me the vibe that he wanted to kill me because I asked for ranch and garlic sauce. I wouldn’t be ordering from here again not impressed at all.

A little disappointed - they said my pie would be ready in 20 minutes and it was ready in 17, didn't get to finish my game
Truly one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. The crust was thin burned beyond being edible. We ordered a pepperoni and a cheese and there was no sauce and the toppings were over cooked and burned. There was clearly no effort in trying to make these pizzas. The pizzas were as if they had been sitting out all day and kept warm. For the price you pay it’s disappointing. Our past couple orders here have been this way.

My wife went to pick up some pizzas with our 2yo and 5yo and only brought a $100 bill. After already ordering online and coming to pick the order up they refuse to take $100 or even $50 bills. They wanted her to walk down to the mini mart with 2 little kids to get change. When she told them she wasn't going to go elsewhere for change they were extremely rude and took the pizzas out of the oven and threw them directly in the trash.
