I ordered a chicken, bacon, artichoke pizza and it was the worst I have ever had. I have or ordered it many times on the past and always been good. This time it had different taste and was extremely greasy, causing me extreme heartburn and causing me to vomit. I will think long and hard before I ever order from there again.

Dominique is awesome! I told her I couldn't have cheese but I didn't like the dairy-free they use, and she was out of meatballs, so she went out of her way to scrape the cheese off some that were already premade! Such a sweetheart!
This location was better in the past. The last handful of times I've made an online or call in order, there has been something wrong. Monkey dough missing cream cheese dressing, pizza missing an ingredient, and today the 5 cheese bread entirely missing the cheddar cheese topping. I typically don't notice these mistakes until I get home, at which point they can't help unless you bring it back; which is entirely fair, but I can't always drive back. In addition, some of the staff who work there need to be more professional. I know they are just teenagers for the most part, so I get it, but multiple times I've walked in and they're all giggling and chatting and cursing in the back and won't come up to say hello to the customer until you call for help. And sometimes they are snobby and have an attitude.Mistakes happen and that's fine, we're all human and I understand that. However it's the combination of mistakes and poor customer service that lead to this review.Like I said, this location was much better in the past and previously I would have given it a 5 star rating. But in it's current state, it's just ok.

I ordered online and waited over 15 minutes after it was supposedly going to be ready. They gave me a cheese pizza, not what I ordered. I asked them to just make the pizza I ordered and they claimed that was what I ordered.

This location is great! Every once in awhile you get that disgruntled employee that hates people even though they are working a customer service job, but you ran into that just about anywhere nowadays. Other than that...Great place, good food, convenient location!! ?

An absolute disaster of a business I would not recommend going here to go anywhere else. I am so irritated right now I called in an order. It was very simple. I showed up 25 minutes later, and there was no record of my order so then I paid for the pizza and waited patiently they took the wrong name down, my name is Sam. I somehow gotten listed as Melissa and so I waited another 45 minutes before I get my pizza.
I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, it was totally wrong. This is no big deal. Mistakes are only human.. What got me was how long I had to wait for them to fix it. I waited 35 minutes for that fix! I got a "sorry about that".. I was pretty irritated. I would have been much happier if I got the mistake pizza. It was a special orders. I'm sure they weren't going to be able to sell it. Irritated. But, when I got home I threw the pizza in the oven, and when I started eating it, I totally forgot how mad I was. The pizza was soooo good. I'll give it to Papa Murphy's. Their pizza is definitely some of the best.. Now, if customer service could catch up.

What’s the point of calling in a head if when you get there they forget to make your damn order and people that walk in gets there’s first. Terrible!
