I went to Papa Murphy’s to order a two pizzas and the manager Nerissa was coughing in her hand, and I mentioned something about sanitation bc she then started touching the salads after directly coughing in her hand I said how she should be washing her hands because that’s not sanitary for customers especially in a food environment, she began to tell me to mind my business, and then started talking about my CHILDDDDDD calling him “special” this is very unprofessional, especially coming out of a MANAGERS mouth. anyone who has kids definitely don’t bring your kids to this place the manager will literally degrade you and your kid all because you mention something about sanitation… something every establishment should have especially when it comes to FOOD!!! Don’t support this location!!

Kid-friendliness: Manger Nerissa was coughing in her hand and when confronted about not washing her hands, she aggressively started talking about my child calling him “special” that’s very unprofessional coming from a MANAGER anyone who has kids definitely don’t bring kids to this place the mangers will literally degrade you and your kid all because you mention something about sanitation… something every establishment should have!!!

I do love me some Papa Murph's but it is getting really expensive! It used to be more affordable to get it here and bake it at home. Now you can buy it somewhere else already made for the same price. The food is still tasty though.

I came in today to a pretty awful experience. The manager was on the line and disrespecting half the people coming in, and would openly mock them with her coworkers after they left, despite the customers in the lobby being able to hear everything. She refused to fix orders that werent made to the customer's satisfaction. and mocked a foreigner as if he was too difficult to understand, even though he kept literally spelling everything out. I had to wait until every single other person was gone, whether they were before or after me, for them to finally address me and my pizza that I was waiting on, which was ready the entire time but misplaced. They also had 5 people on the line, but couldnt get through a single ticket without getting confused and lost. I will say the pizzas are always delicious.
