Edit: This store is closing. I walked over today and there were 2 people hauling things out of the store. I asked if they were affiliated with the store and they declined to comment. It looks like any charges that are/were incurred during this period will need to be disputed with your bank since this company has NO support ticket system related to billing. Never open during posted hours. They don't communicate changes to hours except on the outside of their door. If you order pickup or delivery it makes it difficult for a refund as their system will still process your order. This is the second time trying to order for pickup in a 3 month time period and I could not get my product because they were closed.

Edit: Seems this location may be going out of business but still accepting online orders. Strongly suggest charging back any orders you've not had filled recently and not fulfilled as you may not have an option soon.'Temporarily Closed' during normal hours on Saturday for the last few weeks. Son loves their cheese bread and usually has his heart set VERY SPECIFICALLY on Pizza Guys as long as he performs well in school during the week.It's getting difficult to explain that we're unable to reward his good behavior in his preferred way week after week as his routine is very important to him (and us as parents).Previously made an order online in which the order was accepted and we were charged. Showed up to pick up the order and the store was closed. They claimed we should have been refunded however a quick bank check prices we were not.Settled for the order to be honored. Not comped. Not discounted. Simply 'honored'. Read as: We were given what we paid for a week later after they claimed we weren't charged.I don't know what's going on at this location but it's frustrating to say the least.Happy to update my review provided service improved or expectations are better managed (change your store hours if you need to.)

(This happened on a Saturday during Memorial Day weekend.) I placed an online order that had ETA of 9:15pm and came by an hour before they where scheduled to close: Only to find out that they were closed and took my money anyway. Great business model guys! Hope you reverse the charge by next Tuesday! :)

Pizza was delicious and the service was great. Even before we had tasted the pizza we decided we will return here because the establishment is clean and the person who served us was so nice.

Good pizza, but impossible to get. Their website is frequently wrong about hours and will let you order when they're closed, they don't answer the phone if you call to confirm order status, and they'll send you an order confirmation, then cancel that order and not tell you until ninety minutes later. Ruined my entire evening's plans.

Had a late dinner with the wife and she wanted pizza. We got the half and half specialty. She loves the Serrano chili and I got the basic pepperoni. Both were delicious. We love the flavors and how fresh the pizza was. This is our go to pizza spot.

I honestly can't believe that this place is still in business. We placed an order for someone's birthday and it couldn't have been more wrong when it arrived.The pizza had incorrect sauce and toppings, the drinks were the wrong type (diet pepsi instead of cherry pepsi) and our side order was missing entirely. Now I get that issues happen and don't get bad opinions for that alone... but the way they responded was probably the worst any business has in my time on planet Earth.First, we call the location and are essentially told "You can order another pizza if you didn't get what you wanted." They were genuinely confused that someone could want an incorrect delivery fixed.... oh and imagine the conversation being about as rude as you could think. Use your imagination and then go a bit farther.So.. I figure this has to be an employee problem. I take the time to go on their corporate site and fill out the contact form describing our issue. I am now hoping for bare minimum customer service as the meal already wasn't going to be fixed...but what did we get?Nothing. Not a single thing. No response. No call. No email. Not even a lazy form letter.I used to love this place but after talking to others it must have come under new management or something... many friends have had similar experiences recently and also stopped ordering..Summary? Even if you used to like this place save your money and time. Something changed and they are horrible now. Order literally anywhere else.

I wish I would have ordered pizza guys sooner. It has been in Gresham for many years but I hadn't ordered it until last year, because a friend said it wasn't worth the price. Every time I have ordered from them since it's been great whether pickup or delivery. Staff are nice and they usually over estimate time which is nice!

Terrible interaction with what sounded like a small child when I placed my order, than went to pay with card and she could not get the numbers after several times of repeating so I just used cash. Asked her how long she replied.. a few minutes.. I ordered at 751 she calls me at 843 to tell me they don’t have sweet bbq sauce only spicy.. I asked her how much longer until I would get my pizza delivered, she replied that I was up next ., I said so how long do you think? She says .. a few minutes… and hung up. I called back 2 minutes later requesting to cancel my order.. someone else gets in the phone and says I can’t it’s out for delivery.. order arrived at 9:05 … wings were cold in the inside. Absolutely unbelievable.

This pizza is absolutely delicious. The crisp pepperonis are give me a belly orgasm. The cheese was perfectly melted. I only knew about the place from door dashing and it smelled heavenly. This is my new spot.

Super disappointed in this visit. I placed my initial order at 6:45. At 7:51, I called inquiring about my pizza, and they said it was almost there. I waited until 8:50, and they said they dropped it off. I questioned them and they said they would ask their driver. With no call, I waited until 9:30 before calling once more. I questioned them about the delivery. They said they delivered it at 7:40, with a knock at the door. I stated I had called at 7:51, ten minutes after their declared delivery time, inquiring the whereabouts my pizza. They offered a refund but asked for them to deliver what they originally promised. At 10 pm, I recieve my pizza (with a phone call letting me know they arrived). They were missing half of my order, stating they refunded the rest. Whatever. I open my pizza. It was the wrong pizza. Never again will they recieve my service. And I warn others about their sloppiness.

My order never arrived and was pretty much called a liar then asked if I live in a trailer park. I do not live in a trailer park and told the manager so. She did nothing for me and it will take several days to get my refund. Well looks like a manufactured home is a trailer. No apologies. No nothing. Pizza or a refund. Nothing. Stay away from this place.

Pizza was okay. Not a whole lot of sauce and lots of crust. Tasted pretty good though. It's nice to have a non-national chain that delivers. But they definitely could be a little better quality wise.

I ordered a 16” pizza and a mug rootbeer and sausage penne pasta with garlic bread. This location was out of root-beer 2liters the pasta was missing the garlic bread and the pizza was a 14” and was t the one I ordered. The lady at the counter asked for my name 3x when I got inside so I am wondering if she just didn’t hear my name and gave me the wrong order or something. Usually they are pretty good but this time the ball was very dropped.
