Picked up my order just hot out the fryer (order 0055) and I wanted to tell someone that it was the best chicken I have ever had from your restaurant! Just delicious! Well done!!

Ordered family meal online, when we got there we were told they were out of mac and cheese and needed to replace it. That was half our order. I said we'd like to just cancel the order. Was told they can't but I could through the website. Nope, you can't cancel through the website and there is no way to reach an actual human. So now, here we sit with a food half my family can not eat because of the spices in all the other side items. Thank goodness reliable McDonald's was next door and we could get some delicious, not spicy french fries.

I take a person supported here a few times a month and the staff are so kind, patient and pleasant! Sara is our favorite. Oh, the food rocks too!

Ordered food on Uber and didn't get an item I payed for not sure what or why this happened ill just eat it an never order again.

Cajun fries spongy and not good. My 6 year old even declined to eat them. Chicken was nicely fried (not too greasy), but flavor could be improved. Biscuit was good, but they should include butter or honey condiments standard

Order accuracy is never correct and the food is typically luke warm at best even when you specifically ask for it fresh and patiently wait the 20 minutes cook time. They need someone under cover going in there posing as a customer to see exactly firsthand what the customer is experiencing. This place use to be good but not so much anymore.

Whomp whomp. Ordered a Popeyes and Hot ones combo, got home and there are no wings in my bag. $18.99 for a chicken sandwich and some sliver chicken strips I guess. It was busy but come on
