Used to be a good choice of food
not sure what happened. recently the food qualityis not as it used to be 2 years ago.
Too greasy, and not a healthy option

I’ve always loved Popeyes chicken…particularly their red beans and rice. Additionally, their chicken stays crispy and delicious even if you can’t eat it right away. However, I ordered the chicken strips meal about 2 weeks ago, and the chicken was thin, dry, and hard to chew. Today I ordered chicken sandwiches (a total of 4), and they had obviously been made quite some time ago. The buns had collapsed in on themselves, and worst of all, the chicken was flabby and soft. I will think long and hard before ordering from Popeyes drive thru again.

I'd go here more often if it wasn't for the incredibly rude and unprofessional staff.

Went there this morning and my online pick up order was not ready, customer service was great and quick to resolve this situation!

They drowned my sandwich in mayo 🤮
I specifically asked them not to do that.

Please don’t use the app to buy your food they will take your money and not let you order. I spent 30 dollars on there.. Never again 😡🤬😡 ONCE I WENT IN THE MANAGER DEE WAS REALLY NICE HE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO ME AND I GOT MY FOOD AND WAS SATIFIED. I STILL WOULDN'T USE THE APP THOUGH BUT I LOVE POPEYES..

Second time I've ordered in the last year where I've had to return because they messed up the single spicy chicken sandwich I asked for. Pretty simple thing to mess up, makes me wonder what's in the food…

they gave me mashed potatoes when i ordered mac n cheese and my uber etas driver didn’t even care not care to address this he made me wait over a hour for my order and he hung up on me they better give me my full refund when i make it over there at sum point because uber eats gave me only 6 dollars for my refund thats bs
