I try to like the seafood at this place, but it always ends up tasting like its been frozen.
What a great experience here in the Gresham location. Haven’t had Red Lobster in over 10 years, also hearing the negativity and the shut downs of locations. This place brought back memories and they really did upgrade the menu. Food was very delicious and the server (Alberto) was very professional and went above and beyond on excellent service. We’ll be back forsure.
Let’s make this franchise last for another 50 years!!!

I want to start out saying my service was impeccable. The feet, on the other hand was very underwhelmin. I understand the remake of the menu. With that being said, the clam chowder, it just did not taste quite right. I don't know if the clam juice they used was old.But it also did not have very many if any clams. Caesar salad was very underdressed and the crew tongues were barely more than toasted bread, and the baby biscuits to seem a little saltier than normal. I did get soup salad and biscuits for lunch.
It's been a year or so since last eating here and the portions are definitely smaller. The prices are understandably higher, and the biscuits didn't have the same savory taste: milder and a little disappointing. Still it's a decent value for the money spent.
Poor service. Hostess literally said she couldn't help me because I was take out

For being a red lobster that a few years ago I would not set foot in to being forced to go there for a family event I can say a completely different experience and I would go again to this location.

They were a little slow. Had to wait a few mins before someone came to seat us. Maybe short-staffed. Friendly service, food was good

So red lobster is my favorite sea food place to eat, but the last few times have been awful. Just last night I go and literally get no biscuits no lemons with the shrimp languini, I shouldn't have to ask for these things, these things are attempted to give to everyone I thought, I have to ask for biscuits? I have to ask for lemons? To top it off I think in this 3 shrimp combo I got the walts shrimp had 5 the pop corn shrimp dont even bother, I ended up have diarrhea all night then eventually throwing up everything, I won't ever be going back that's for sure bucks cause they have my favorite drinks, oh well added to boycott list
We came during gresham's bad snowstorm, so we were the only ones there. The service was excellent. I ordered the cod. It was terrible. Inedible!

I was a regular. Coming in 3-4 times a week. Most of the time, ordering at a minimum of $35 per meal (many times ordering $60+ meals) and leaving a $15 dollar tip. I am normally by myself, and I don't drink. I don't like sitting in bars to eat because I get ignored. That has happened every time I come into this location. So, no bar for me. I went in today. I wasn't asked if I could sit in the bar. They just took me there. I asked if I could sit somewhere else and was told I'd have a wait....while seeing many empty tables. I'm not going to pay a lot of money for food to be cold when it comes to a table in the bar and only get one cup of tea because I'm worth the time or effort of the bar staff. Why couldn't my "wait time" be at one of the many empty tables with a cup of something tasty to drink? As of right now, rather than spend my wait time in the lobby....I'm in my truck writing this review. The only reason I gave it a 2-star was because in the past, the place has been amazing. I'm done. I'm now having to find a new place to eat this afternoon....and probably any future meal times. I just don't have patience for this anymore.... Just because a person is a table for 1....doesn't mean they're not worth it.
