Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Lunch today was good. The only drawback, was our waitresses perfume!! It was so strong, my husband and I had to cover our noses whenever she walked by or came to check on us. Kind of took away the enjoyment of a great burger!

Red Robin has for sure changed, sadly not for the better. After my final experience with a to go order I just have to part ways with this place for good. Not sure how a cook messes up a side of mac and cheese so much it doesnt eveb taste like mac and cheese but I found out its very possible Tge food simply stated was gross I got a chicken wrap, c8nes with steaj fries I got like 5 very ikd abd cold fries in the meal order that totaled 27ans change. Obe bite of each thing I got and it all went in the trash. So save your funds or at very least plan on finding another place for dinner ; otherwise dinner will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth and I am meaning literally should you decide to eat here or from here.

Stopped in for dinner. Not a busy night at all. Waitress is Amber, who is pleasant seems like a nice person. However her service level is less than zero. I've watched tables around me not served by her. get beverages, place orders, get appetizers, get meals. Heck even another table Amber is taking care of them. But my simple 2 top she seems to have fully forgotten. She promised the bottomless fries would be right out, after we ordered. But 10 minutes later nothing. She has over promised and under delivered. If it was busy I'd understand. However for a Red Robin it's dead.

If Amber is your Waitress, don't bother ordering just get up and leave.

This Red Robin is a little bit run down but is still really great. It has an awesome staff. A really terrific bar and their burgers are just delicious.

They hit everything spot on. The server suggested specials based on what we wanted. Service was exceptionally fast and efficient, when though it was very busy they kept up with the pace with ease. Food was excellent, everything cooked to perfection, and the price was too good to be true (thanks to the special suggested by the server). Will come back again
