Red Robin is Red Robin. If you know what it is, you know what it's like. If you don't, it's basically very similar in many ways to the way Chili's operates it's business. It's a Burger chain that you dine in and bring your family to. As for the food and service, it's solid! Friendly and attentive staff members, with food that's not groundbreaking, but will rarely leave you annoyed or disappointed. I will say though, the Mudd Pie is the exception because I oftentimes go here knowing I'll order it. It is that good. To summarize, while not superb, you'll have an enjoyable experience here! I'm confident you'll be happy eating here! 😊

If you get Ambrosia as a server ask to move. No refills no extra fries and slow. The big yummy deal is not really a deal on the menu the burger is 10.99. So you really only get a free drink. Looking for a deal go to Applebee's.

Love the endless fries. The staff is nice and I could never be disappointed. The burger was burnt once, but they fixed it right away

Edit, my server today was not very good. I asked him 3 times for more fries, and it never came. The ladies there were wonderful at coming by to ask us if we needed anything. But by that time, I got tired of asking for it because I thought it was already coming. I spent a lot there for terrible service. Will no longer return. Food was top notch tho!

I ordered take out and waited. Had to ask 3 times if my salad was done. Finally came out and chicken was cold. Told I could not get any extra cheese even though I got the salad without egg, without bacon, and without dressing. All this for $17! Done with this location. They were rude and did not tell me my salad had obviously been sitting there a very long time since the chicken is cold with wilted lettuce. Very disappointed.

Service was horrible. Went in at 4pm which was not busy at all. Lots of empty tables were open at this location. 4 waiters standing around, and we waited 15 minutes for someone to seat us (as the sign said). We got eye contact with multiple servers and employees who again, acted like they never saw us and continued on conversating about their weekend plans (loud enough that we heard them over the music playing). We finally walked out as we were tired of waiting. Will not be back, and have told multiple guest at the hotel I work for to avoid this location. Customer service is important and their staff does not feel the same based on their actions.

Red Robin used to be our go-to place for a delicious burger, but it has gone downhill. The burgers have gotten smaller and the prices have increased. And the meat is often not cooked as requested; e.g., medium comes out well done. The last server (delivered food to our car) was in a foul mood and didn't even smile or respond to our, "thank you." I commented to my husband that she obviously didn't want to be there. We never eat in the restaurant as it is noisy and overrun with unruly kids, but on occasion, we have eaten in the bar, where it is a little more relaxed, but it is a cramped space within the much larger restaurant. In summary, we now prefer going to Bumpers when we want an upscale burger experience or Carl's Jr if we want a good drive-thru burger. Red Robin is over-priced and the atmosphere is not relaxing.

Haven’t been here in a few years and it’s a big downgrade. $17 for a burger is a lot. And the burgers and fries are both smaller. They tasted good but not $17 good. And at least on the bench seat I sat in it was so worn down and kinda hurt my back after a while. I also wasn’t a fan of every employee trying to shove their rewards program down my throat.
The strawberry lemonade was delicious though.
All in all, it’s okay. Not worth the price though.

Went there on 2/11/25 at about 7:30 pm. First thing notice was not very busy. I saw a table that was full of multiple stacked dirty dishes that looked like other tables had been cleared and they were stacked on it. It never was cleared the entire time we were there. Our hostess who sat us was not friendly and just sat us without a word said. Then our waitress showed up. I ordered a beer. She told us about signing up for the Red Robin points and if we did we got a free appetizer.( Remember that). She brings out the drinks for the others in our group. No beer but I figured she was waiting for the bartender to pour it. She goes over to another table which appears to be friends of hers and talks. Table of dishes still sitting behind her. Our meal is brought out by another server. Our waitress is no where to be seen. We need napkins because none were on the table. Had to ask another server for them because I waitress was back at talking to the same table of people mentioned earlier. I finally get her attention, she comes over and I ask for the beer I ordered. She looks at me like what are you talking about. I tell I had ordered it when she came to our table the first time( (Remember not busy, table still not cleaned off of stacked dirty dishes and it had been about 20 minutes since I had ordered it) The food was not very warm but edible( Still no beer). I’m looking around for her and she is back at the table of people talking and laughing( now been about 30 minutes still no beer) I had enough and yelled across the room are you going to bring my beer? She goes to the bar and finally brings it out to me half way thru my meal. Never apologized for the delay. We finish and now we are waiting to pay because she had removed the self check out pad from our table. She finally shows up( still not busy very few people). She takes my card and comes back. My daughter who signed up for the Robin Points looks at our bill and she had charged us for the free appetizer we where suppose to get. Looking for our disappearing waitress. Tired of waiting and I see the manager so I motion for him to come over. I tell him she had charged us for the free appetizer. He acts like he has no idea what I’m talking about. He never says I’m sorry I take care of it. He takes the check and disappears and comes back about 5 minutes or more later. I sign the check ( no tip added). The waitress never came back to our table at all after giving me the check. We leave walking by the table that still has not been cleared of stacked dirty dishes. We will not be coming back.

I asked for extra fries in my to-go order and they gave me the absolute bare minimum :( there was like 10.

Friendly staff with decent food at pretty affordable prices, though there were some minor kerfuffles with my order. It was given to me slightly incomplete, and later, when ordering dessert, they ran out of some supplies for it, but still delivered it to my table with no mention until I checked in that it was indeed the right item (and was then informed of the supply shortage). Nothing major by any means, but it made for a less than fantastic experience overall.

I wouldn't make a point to return, but especially if you've got kids to delight, it's a good spot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Some booths have inaccessible step ups, but there are ramps leading up to the location and plenty of floorspace for a wheelchair at the regular tables.

First off.,I come here alot.. Definitely had my fair share of issues but this was the worst.Waitress was great, food was terrible.
Asked for some pink on our burgers, they were burnt so bad it was black and tough to chew.
Then when my daughter got her burger. It was the size of a 50cent peice, I shit you not, I had to send it back. How could you even think that was OK,because you served it to a child?

Because your trying to give it to a kid

Service is extremely hit or miss at this location. Food is usually good, but not as consistent as other locations.

placed a to go order to be picked up at 5:45pm saturday december 28th. i arrived to a semi full restaurant and an empty lobby. the host was a middle aged blonde girl with braided hair, glasses, and red lipstick. she was extremely rude when we entered and told us our order would “be awhile” (we only got there 5 mins early) we then watched her continue to be extremely disrespectful to every single customer that came in as well as the other co workers i saw her interacting with. at one point i heard another person tell her “why are you acting so rude im just trying to help you” this women does not belong in customer service.

We were seated at 6:10 tonight and our food finally arrived at 7:17. My burger was burnt to a literal crisp. My daughters burger was cold and cheese wasn't melted and cold. Took 10 minutes to get anyone to our table to tell and we ended up leaving at that point. The place was busy and seemed to have plenty of staff but clearly things were a mess behind the scenes. I thought things had gotten better there, but we just won't be back.
