Rockin’ Crab & Boiling Pot

The person at the door greeted me & even though they oversold & were friendly, this is the worst food I have eaten. I should have sent it back it was cold. However I just wanted to get out of there cause just like the food, the establishment was cold.
My first & last time ever going to any Rockin Crab!

I expected a little more out of this place. Costco prepared food for some items.

Great place to satisfy that seafood craving. Drinks are limited but very well priced.
Wish the spice level could be a little hotter, but over all this place is great! Food comes out very quick and taste is fantastic. Nothing like it around

Ordered the small shrimp plate and the small grab bag. We ordered it mild on the spice which was perfect. Slightly spiced so it just tickled the back of your tongue but also a little sweet which surprised me in a good way. I picked the garlic bread instead of rice, which was quite good. My mother enjoyed the crab, sausage, potato and shrimp. It did cost extra for her to get peeled shrimp(the grab bags usually come with whole shrimp fyi). The staff was friendly but they were a bit busy seemingly when we showed up so I waited around for awhile before being seated as no one seemed to notice us standing at the counter. I'll go back, the prices were pretty good and the food was very yummy. So expect to pay around $30 or so(menu can and does go higher) when ordering fyi. My small shrimp plate(which was a bit of food) was $14.99, large $21. My mother's small grab bag was $29, several bag options for $33 and up

Wheelchair accessibility: Single story restaurant with double entry doors. Both booths and tables so a wheelchair or 2 shouldn't pose too much of a problem, maybe an issue if more than 4 show up at a table(sorry didn't check out the entire area for space constraints)

Crab is hard to mess up, so I give no to credit to the restaurant for the crab that was tasty. It came to us in a plastic bag with a dish and everything in the bag was saturated in oil. I assume they over seasoned it to make up for all the oil. Which didnt work. If I'm paying almost $100 I expect you to prepare my meal on a dish, not a plastic bag. However, it is Gresham. I should have known.

Very good seafood broil.

Food was decent. Overpowered with seasonings and sauces. Servers were nice, pushy to get us to order, then told us it's a long wait time. Within 3 min, we had one of the items we ordered, then another, then another. We where mislead that the time it was going to take. While we were still eating, the lady walked up and asked if we were ready to pay as I was taking a bite. Best thing I could say Is there prices are great.

We went to dine at around 7pm on July 23rd. We had eaten at SE but never at this restaurant! There are plenty of seats inside and the service staff are very friendly! Because Americans are accustomed to giving ice water, I happened to be coughing at that time, so I frowned when I saw it was ice water, and I unconsciously coughed twice! The short-haired waitress who delivered the water immediately asked if she wanted hot water? I am so grateful! When the hot water was served, lemon wedges were added to it! It’s so considerate The ingredients used are better than the other ones and very fresh! During the meal, the waitress even gave us a pot of hot water and a plate of lemon wedges! I can only praise this service! I enjoyed this meal very much!

My fiance and I were so excited to try this place, Unfortunately it was very disappointing overpriced and overcooked. we left feeling sick to our stomach from all the oil, my fiance threw up when we got home. Most of the seafood was way overcooked and over seasoned (yes!! over seasoned)DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The food wasn’t good. I ordered Crawfish, clams, Dungeness crab, and 2 lobster tails totaling 154 dollars. The lobster was awful it was overcooked and rubbery we were really looking forward to that, the Dungeness crab was also like the lobster and while their portions and pricing isn’t terrible, it’s not worth what they serve you. Unlike other seafood boil restaurants you get the sides for free (not the case here) it’s 3 dollars for two small pieces of corn and a potato split into two EACH. The seasoning they use isn’t spicy or savory when you order it, it’s super sweet and almost ruins the taste of the meal, it’s the same seasoning they use on the fries which weren’t crispy (I know some don’t like crispy fries). Overall the meal just wasn’t good my major points are their seasoning is too sweet and they don’t know how to properly cook seafood. Clams were good though.

I love the seafood combo boil I chose. It was a delicious mix of seafood that I like- mussels, clams, shrimp. Delicious mild cajun sauce. Just right, not too spicy. My husband likes his hot pot. I think the only thing that's missing is a good fried tilapia. If they have that I would order that too. We like leftovers to take home.
