Worst customer service I have seen. Workers are on their phone while you are ordering and act obviously annoyed that you are there. Some employees were wearing pajamas and looked like they just rolled out of bed and acted like it too, very rude and unprofessional. As soon as they were done making the one drink we ordered they all say back down and got on their phones. I hope the owners know they are paying employee’s to sit around on social media in their pajamas.To top it off, no soap in the bathrooms and when we asked about soap to wash our hands they said “no we dont stock soap in the customer bathroom”. WHAT?!

I stopped here with a friend while running some errands, having never been here before. The tea was decent and made quickly, but the customer service was pretty terrible.We walked in and both of the employees working were having their own conversation, neither of them greeted us or even acknowledged us. We went up to the counter to order and they simply stared at us, waiting for us to order. This whole time, they didn’t say a word. We ordered two teas and they directed us to the other counter to wait for our drinks. They called out our number and I thanked them, to which they looked directly at me and did not say anything. Mind you, we were the only people in the business at this time.It is incredibly disappointing to visit/support a business, tip them, and thank employees without even being acknowledged once. As a customer, it is very uncomfortable to feel like an inconvenience for the entirety of my visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will most definitely not be returning.

Worst taro boba I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many sharetea locations and the one I got today is really bad. It seems like they use powder for taro and there’s still lump on the bottom (wasn’t blended well) so I shake the boba to see if the lump will disappear but it didn’t so I was like fine I will still drink it. The very first sip I had, I was so confused. Doesn’t even taste like taro I had in other sharetea locations. I did ask for 50% less sweet, so that might means less taro to them? The color also indicates that it might have been diluted (very light purple). Maybe focus more on quality of your drinks rather than efficiency. I don’t mind paying, but the premium price I paid for this drink doesn’t justify its low quality.

Ordered the mango ice blended with ice cream, which was delicious. The mango reminds me of this mango jelly I used to get as a child. I got my drink through Door Dash and it was completely sealed and ready to drink!

Staff always is amazing. We come with two little ones and they always offer to split one large into two for the kiddos. The option to do half sweet on the drinks is fantastic.

I’ve physically been to this location twice now, and have ordered through doordash a handful of times when my other boba spot was closed. The tea here isn’t the best nor is it authentic but it’s decent enough when I’m craving boba and a lot closer than my other spot.Staff here isn’t very friendly and give off an annoyed vibe. Today I ordered a very simple drink. A half sweet classic Thai tea, with no other modifications. The lady seemed annoyed. I left with my drink, and after the first sip I had a mouth full of unblended powder. I tried mixing it up and taking another sip, but again another mouth full of unblended powder. I went back, politely explained the problem and asked if they could remake it. Again, I was met with annoyance. I understand mistakes happen, and I also understand that customers can be unreasonable and frustrating. However, the attitudes of the employees here is what’s rubbing me the wrong way. From now on I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I love bubble tea and ShareTea is my favorite! The employees are always so nice, they help me remember what I ordered last time, lol. For the longest, I ordered the same drink- Hakaido tea with boba and pudding. Thanks to the lovely people who make my drinks, I'm now strung out on blended taro with boba and pudding!Definitely try this place. They have multiple locations and every one is equally great.

The boba drinks seem to be mostly good. I think what I enjoy the most is the atmosphere and the vibe. It's a very clean, calm place. Even when things get busy busy, the ladies that work there handle it the best they can. I enjoy it every time I've come here.
