It was nice, and very clean. The service that you have come to expect from Starbucks.
The GPS had a bit of a hard time finding the location of the parking lot.

Went in for a cup of ice and offered to paid being of color. It us going to be 90 degrees plus and I also work within the business square and was told no unless I buy coffee. A mom on a budget couldn't afford coffee but needed ice water to stay dehydrated at work with this heat. Thankfully my job had a freezer so I will place the hot water bottle in the freezer and let it get cold. Prehaps if I was someone else they would have given or sold me a cup of ice.

Always nice baristas behind the counter. This location does get busy with the amount of door dash orders.

Just here for a spot of tea, then on my way.
I came thru the drive thru for the first time in a while and one associate was super patient with my questions, I think their name was Jay. They were super quick and personable.

I recently wrote about how customers at Starbucks get their drinks in to go containers even though they consume them on the premises. I included some pictures from the Gresham location. After my essay appeared, the staff posted a sign reminding customers that they could get their drinks in for-here cups or glasses. Maybe it was a coincidence? This store is clean, quiet and accessible for my wheelchair. The coffee is hot and good. I like working there, even though it’s a long bus ride from my home in central Portland.

Was having a less than stellar morning and dropped my coffee cake on the floor. Threw it away and returned to my seat fo finish my coffee. Lady behind the counter walked up with a new coffee cake without me asking. That made my day!

I was waiting for my coffee this morning around 8:25 A.M. and a dasher walked in got his order . He asked for a cup of water to the Custumer service . He was shut down immediately saying corporation said without a purchase he couldn’t give him any water . Poor guy he must be embarrassed, the custumer rep is name Kyle was rude . Before I was rich I learned to do act of kindness but of course you guys are all about the money. I will be never be going back to this location. You never denied a cup of water to anyone . Luke 10:25-37 .

Edited to add after a sort of response: I was clear that DoorDash was not at fault for picking up a stapled bag.
I don't care about the refund so much as just someone apologizing for omitting 2/3 of my order. I'm disabled and was looking forward to a rare treat. That is all.
And what's with taking the phone off the hook?
Original post: They won't even answer the phone after giving me the wrong order. It just goes to a busy signal because they know they're screwing over customers and don't want to answer for it.
I'd be ok with getting the wrong pastries, but I got none and was still charged for two. (Doordash, not their fault with a stapled bag)
Is there management at all here?

I walked in and waited 5 minutes in line without anyone acknowledging that they even saw me even though I noticed that they looked my way twice. I understand the staff was probably understaffed but taking 5 Seconds out of their time to acknowledge that I'm waiting in line and State that they will get to me as soon as possible should have been done which it was not. I ended up leaving because I felt unacknowledged and did not have the time to wait just to have my order taken and then miss my bus to get to work.
