When they are open they are great. But with this strike WTH. Baristas dont need a union and if they did it needs to be pro customer service. Nobody knows when they can anticipate open hours. I want my mocha w/o going to a coffee place out of the way and waiting in line.

My FAVORITE coffee place to pick up orders from!! They are such a fun group of people. You walk in and the atmosphere is amazing.
Even when it is super busy they are just a well oiled machine. It's impressive to watch them working so quickly together. I hope their manager recognizes them regularly because they are top notch in what they create and in their personality.

Who ever was working drive thru this morning really was having a bad day she got mad at my husband because he drove to the window instead of telling them we had a Mobile order and she got mad at as and rude about it it was very strange could have just asked us nicely to please let them know but instead she make a annoyed noise stormed off to get the food and drinks the told us we have to let them know before getting to the drive thru that it's a mobile order. No idea what her name was blonde hair.

I ordered from here on door dash. They filled the bottom third of my cup with whip cream. I was so disappointed. It was gross and not worth paying for coffee to just get toppings.

Why doesn’t anyone in there talk? It’s bizarre. I mean, I get it’s 6am and it’s too early to be chipper but the person at the register didn’t even say hi or ask what my order was. They just looked at me blinking weirdly, I had to ask if they were ready to take my order because I didn’t know what was going on. Just the least amount of energy possible in that store without actually being in a coma.

This company has lost its way. I waited forever to place my order. I was alone in this area. Finally when prompted someone took my order. It was pointed out that I was standing in the wrong place in this empty store. Seriously? It's always the customer's fault when service is poor.

Great staff, but I have to complain about the black ice tea. Its water with a small amount of color. Does not taste like tea. Taste like ice water. My family goes there a lot, but when I order trenta black ice tea im so disappointed 😞. All other Starbucks I've stopped at makes it correctly. Please get their instructions so the it will taste, and look like a perfect black ice tea. Sorry to give a bad review Sha
This is the only Starbucks that I go to that consistently cannot make a good drink. I order a white mocha with caramel syrup. It always tastes like warm milk. Even after I order an extra pump of caramel syrup. I quit coming to this location except when I’m on my way out of town. Starbucks inside Fred Meyers is the best!!
