I used to come here everyday as it is so convenient a location for me. But the quality is slipping so bad that I wish I could kick my caffeine addiction as I will probably not be purchasing drinks here anymore. You have to wait SO LONG for a coffee that tastes AWFUL. Once now I waited in line so long that I just left. Starbucks is incredibly expensive and when I order a drink that costs almost $7 I don’t want to have to plug my nose to drink it.

Went there today 3/6 at 4:22 pm I asked for an iced coffee. Young girl said they didn’t have iced coffee, so I asked if they had regular coffee and I can add ice… she said they didn’t have drip coffee and I saw the pots and pointed to them and asked and she said none was made and a bit frustrated I asked what time they closed. If it was close to close I would get not wanting to make a fresh pot, but she said 7. So again I said, wait you don’t have regular coffee ? And she then said “well I could make make some” dumbfounded I said forget it. I don’t think whoever manages this would be thrilled having customers walk away just because the workers that they hired to work there didn’t want to make coffee. At a coffee shop.

They need to bring back the chicken bacon sandwich. The pesto turkey was nasty. Ham and Swiss is the only one I like now. Drinks are always good.
