Aside from everything being overpriced for the (lack of) quality and size, the wrap was half unwrapped and cooked crispy that way. It made a huge mess of crumbs while eating it. Service was a bit meh, but they got the food/drink done quick.

My experience today was not good. Usually the service here is ok, but not today. The girl taking orders seemed to have a short term memory problem. I had to repeat my order twice. Then the older woman preparing the drinks was really unpleasant. She seemed to be in a bad mood. She was slamming things down and throwing things in the sink. She then made my mocha a grande instead of venti. When I mentioned this she argued with me and insisted I had ordered incorrectly. She finally grabbed it and gave me a venti. Her whole manner and tone were very rude.

This would be the 4th time my wife has had a problem with the lady that works the morning shift during the week. She is absolutely RUDE, Condescending and just outright disrespectful. Today was the first time I actually experienced this. She started off very kind to a gentleman ahead of my wife and was kind. Then when it was my wife's turn. She was short, rude and was mumbling her rudeness about my wife's order and when my wife said thank you out of kindness. This lady proceeds to give her a sarcastic "BYE" and waving hers hand like shoo get out of here. Someone needs to deal with this lady. This needs to stop. My next visit if the lady isn't fired before then. I will post a picture of this lady and video of this exact behavior. Unacceptable. My wife shops here 3 days a week. No one deserves this kind of treatment as a customer. Other recent reviews I've read on here shows similar situations.

Got a pineapple mango lemonade. It was so thick and gridy you basically had to chew it. An when I asked the girl if she could please remake it with less mix she told me no it was against company policy to remake any drink

I actendly ordered the grab and go at the wrong location. I did get it again at the Starbucks inside of Safeway witch is different from the actual Starbucks locations are. The service was ok, they seemed unhappy. Good coffee still, I just wish there were better communication on the app. Other than that I still miss my old Starbucks on 82nd and Eastport plaza.

I love going to this Starbucks. Diana and Patti are always super sweet. They both know my drinks. They both are sweet to my children. These two ladies are always working hard. Way to keep a smile on our faces ladies.

Patti is consistently the rudest barista. I often go to this Starbucks because it’s by my had and most all the employees are fine but Patti is just unpleasant. I rarely write reviews, not unless the service was exceptional or quite the opposite.. congrats Patti you take the cake.

I ordered my drink 13 minutes ago and 3 people before me ordering multiple drinks got theirs first. I came for a drink and am leaving late for work as well. Baristas are laughing and not paying attention to what is needed to make the drinks in a timely manner. I don't recommend this particular Starbucks.

This is what they charged me $5 for. I ordered an Iced shaken espresso. Starbucks employees are clueless here. Don’t order anything here.Update: went up the road to an actual Starbucks stand and they made it right. Fixed my drink for free. Thank you!
