service is not good :( the guy literally had an airpod in and barely spoke to me even though i was very positive with him. he didn’t do much with the veggies and gave me the kinda cross scraps of onions and tomatoes :/

Worst food/experience.... placed a online order, first and last time doing that... subs were dry as a popcorn fart... everything was skimpy... all amounts of meats, cheese and condiments were ordered as extra. You need to be there to babysit these kids who are making your food.. and they want better wages and tips?

The worst subway I ever ordered from they have given me a sub that was not prepared right they give me only the sub but not the rest of my items I mean if you guys don’t like your job, why are you guys working there? I hate how lazy people are now these days I work Monday through Sunday and I still get my job right I think it’s the subway is the worst. I ever been to shame on those people in there.

Refreshingly clean seating area, with just one (quite new) employee working. She was quite busy with online orders, but clearly she made time to stay up on cleaning duties. She maintained her friendly demeanor throughout. Sorry we didn't catch her name, because she deserves to be recognized, especially being such a new employee!

Came in around 8:00pm on 08/19/2024 ordered 4 of the footlongs. All sandwiches were done wrong it was an online order. We ordered herbs and cheese bread got regular bread ordered toasted and it wasn't toasted it was the bacon cheddar ranch sandwiches with American cheese. None of the cheese was melted and it was all shredded cheddar cheese. First time ordering probably the last. Kinda sucks when you live far and can't go back when your sandwiches are done wrong.

We frequent this Subway but it’s been probably a month since we’ve ordered. Last time the oven was out. Our rotisserie Chicken sandwich with grated cheese is just not good at all cold. So we waited. We went back today. As always, Connor was polite and fast. But the oven was STILL out!! We were shocked. Connor was extremely apologetic. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers’ disappointment. The owners are lucky to have him. I hope they fix the stupid oven, so we can visit as often as we used to.

I'm a local guide and have to rate this place just like I do every other place I go to. Period. I am judging this place like I would anywhere else. Actually, not really, I'm being nice.

Since they started slicing meats, the meat that comes on sandwiches now, are chewed up and look horrible. I'm 100% positive that the whole reason they have the cover over the meats is so you can't see how bad it looks unless you are tall enough or can peek through the veggie side. The employees rarely wash their hands before making sandwiches. They always run out of product, bread, veggies, meats. The menus keep changing so much, nobody can keep up with the changes. Workers are always in the lobby on their phones, meanwhile things need replacing or cleaning. (Seems like they are always out of or low on chips, drinks, cups, napkins, lids and straws. Workers are fairly nice even though they keep leaving and they keep having new ones, which gets frustrating when they don't even know what's suppose to go on the sandwich because of menu changes, and at the register, it takes so much longer since they added all this new stuff and the employees have to learn new things. Also, I would love to be able to sit in the lobby and enjoy my lunch, but since the AC is broken and gets to 80° plus, it's too hot in there to sit and eat in the lobby.

The store was clean but I don't go to Subway for the atmosphere; and I don't think anyone else really does either. It's just a pop in order and go kinda place so that's why i rated it a 3. The store was clean and up to date and I didn't feel like it was a sketchy store so that's that.I popped in to get my son a sub so as far as the food rating I'll give it a 4 which is fair since its fast food and my son's fav. place .The lil gal working was quick efficient and friendly so I gave her a 4. Again its fast food and it was grab n go she didn't have to do anything other than make a sandwich & take our money unlike a restaurant so a 4 I think is fair for the service provided.Not much more to say it's Subway I'm pretty sure most everyone's been to one near them once or twice. This one isn't stingy when you ask for a lil more veggies when asked to put extra olives or whatever you may ask for extra of on your sub like some of them can get which is nice. They also haven't gone to card only here yet so you can still use cash. Unlike the store off of Mill Plain which is now card only.

I wish I could give the service a 0 star because it was HORRIBLE! When we walked in the kid was sitting at the booth on his phone, sighed so loudly to let us know us walking in annoyed him! He did say hi greet us in any way. I said hi to him and all he said was how many sandwiches. Okay sir. Barely put any meat on the sandwich and when I asked he said I put enough. Okay. From now on I’ll drive the extra mile up the road to a different subway! Horrible service.

Save your money and go to cherry park location..these people are scamming people that make online orders. The workers become violent and abusive when they are met with questions about your order or lack thereof l, i know its only because they arent very well educated so that they can make judgment calls in order to offer a resolution to the issu that they have caused but come on having to fight for food you paid for and honeslty its very overpriced food at that. Jimmy johns is way better.
