I was having the worst time trying to use the subway app. It worked for one order, but then when I went to place another order it said fraud! I called the store expecting to be told top bad, but that's not what happened at all!! The assistant manager honored the deal I was trying to get, and the online order that I placed was perfect the sandwiches were packed amd exactly what I ordered. Not only that they wrote an encouraging message on my receipt that made my day! You don't often get good customer service, this night I got lucky at subway! This isn't the first time I've has a good experience at this location with the same assistant manager working. Good job guys, thanks!

Bro they gave us these wack sandwiches, we ordered online too. They even gave us a 6 inch instead of a footlong sub like I had ordered. We went bk to have either a remake or a refund but they said they couldn’t do it n asked for us to call tmrw instead. They claimed “they had a lot of online orders”. -_-

I ordered a meat ball sandwich and the beast sandwich. They didn't have meatballs so I got chicken. When it got home my friend found 2 hairs in the beast sandwich. She called to get a refund, that was when they were still open but they didn't answer the phone so I decided to leave a review . We also didn't get a recipe

Subway in Gresham, SE 182nd Powell Blvd: Saturday around 2 pm, lunch time, take out.

Ordered 6 sandwiches. Wait time reasonable. Friendly staff. Customer service A+. ??

The sandwiches look pretty good during the preparation process and taste even better! ??

Limited parking is available in front of Subway. Also other parking spaces available in shared lot with other restaurants.

There's also other restaurants in the area: Tacobell, Papa Murphy, Thai Curry, McMenamins, and more!

I was very happy with my visit and would definitely come again! Highly recommended!??

Online ordering is a joke in the morning. The employees do walk-ins before online orders even when you come in and wait in the store! I was sitting there for 15 minutes and they helped 4 walk-in customers before starting my order. The order was supposed to be ready at 1:20 but it wasn't done until 1:40. This is NOT the first time this has happened. The employees also seem to have difficulty reading tickets and often get orders wrong
