Wouldn't recommend this location. Guy left in middle of making sandwich to go use bathroom, the store was dirty, veggies not fresh, and also ordered pretzel - very hard and stale so that was garbage.

I love subway sandwiches but I went to this location and with the very bad experience I got with customer service, makes me look for different places to eat , was completely empty and I was waiting for over 15 mnts till someone say something then what they said was it’s “going take a second “which that second turn still waiting so just walk out , I went to different subway on division ave and 162nd and Joe the employee working at that time was completely different his customer service ,very professional ,attentive, way better !

The employees treat you like a guest. They listen to your order and ask questions. They never look down on me when using a coupon. It's always clean inside.

My wife and I went out to lunch at this Subway and was very disappointed in the service mostly.... First off we ordered 2 different subs ... when she didn't put cheese on hers I asked to the gentleman robert to put it on mine and he said he would have to charge me for it which I don't see Why not we were paying for it since it comes on every sandwich. Secondly their dr pepper was over carbonated and they charged us for a cup of ice water and he was very rude I will never go back their or possibly any Subway again I don't recommend going to this establishment

If you have food allergies, steer clear of this location! I frequented this Subway for months, and I ordered online there almost daily. This was my favorite location because of all the Subways I've been to they are by far the cleanest, and the food always tastes fresh. Unfortunately, the staff here consisted of only teenagers and they were constantly getting my order wrong. I NEVER ordered cheese because I am lactose intolerant, and I mentioned this to them. They continued to make my order wrong, so I kept having them remake it. The manager was very snarky the last day I went there and told me if I wanted no cheese to specify that in the comments because it doesn't show on the ticket (but it literally does and did everytime) I told her I would next time and they closed online ordering that day.

Moonward Dreams

Had a few burnt meatball sandwiches from here. But this last visit it was completely cold. I don’t know whats going on at this location but now I’m scared and threw the sandwich in the trash. Went to a different subway right afterwards without incident, because while I love subway - this location has given me enough trouble. I was fooled twice, shame on me.

I went in 6 minutes before closing time and they wouldn't help me. The two employees said they were closed and there was only one other customer inside. They should change their closing signs if they close before 9pm which is what's posted.

Bruh put the meat on one side of the bread, not directly in the corner. Currently omw home to remake the sandwich. Tastes fine other than either getting veggies or meat and cheese, but not at the same time.

Went in there 10min till closing I nicely asked if it was to late to order 3 sandwiches the girl working there went in asked the guy with long blonde hair if it was ok and he said ONLY 2 sandwiches cuz it was almost closing time and I said ok. Then 2 more customers came in he didn't NOT tell them he couldn't make anymore cuz of closing time he just started making their sandwich's so 4 total sandwiches were being made but I couldn't get 3? How does that make sense? I did ask I thought you said you could only make 2 (mine) before closing his answer didn't make sense he just said ya 2 at time but there was 4 SANDWICHES BEING MADE! What that fuck is that shit! GET BETTER EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTTOM OF THE SHIT SERVICE!

Please hire more employees and train the ones you have to support during a rush. Very sad to see one employee making sandwiches while the other kept trying to motivate and train her but kept only doing dishes and prep work. We watched 3 costumers leave and had to wait 15 extra minutes after our online order said it was ready. The girl making our sandwiches was kind but needed support to speed it up!
