If I could leave negative Stars I would I ordered through the app my at 1:30 order said it was ready once I arrived they still had me waiting thereat 1:50 I thought I was going to arrive just to pick up but no I've been waiting for 20 minutes it's not my fault you guys are training new people and why would you get smart it's ready when it's not through the app

This subway is the worse yet! The employee, don’t remember his name but he’s a guy that is bald and has a mustache. He’s so rude! He gave me a bad attitude a couple of few weeks ago. And he was so rude to my family. If he doesn’t like his job why is he working there and dealing with customers? That’s the point! Have good customer service. He should be fired because he makes people feel so bad. I honestly wanted to talk to the manager and tell them to get him out of there. I’m never going there again.

Ordered a salad to go.. got home and it was literally a pinch of lettuce it was less toppings that a normal salad. This restaurant is a disgrace and the person that called that a salad should be fired. I’ll never go to this store again.

Rudest customer service ever. My husband and friend went in to get lunch before going to PIR races. Didn't even unlock door until 9:15am, but the open light was on and the sign on the door said they open at 9am. The employee made rude comment about his friend who is dealing with a head injury being drunk. Don't think I've ever heard of such bad customer service.

I got a custom sandwich and the worker there just completely put too much Mayo it was all over my sandwich when I opened it. Got my cookies wrong, it just seemed like he didn’t wanna be there. What a sour way to end my night ?

Nich a Dad4 Service

Friendly employees including the manager who assured me that six sandwiches in one order would not cause it to have to be an online order like the 164th and Division Southeast Portland location insisted. Check that location for my other Subway post. As I was saying this Subway has friendly employees. The manager did a great job listening to the issue and stated he would reach out to the district manager because the two locations are part of the same group of subways. I did mention early in the making of my sub that I wanted to put avocado on two of them but forgot when it was coming past that point in the process. I don't hold the manager responsible because I ramble a lot and he was distracted with my chatting and forgot to add it and I forgot to repeat that I wanted it.I also have an artificial hip causing my leg to go numb when I stand too long I asked if I could bring a stool over and sit on it while we worked on the sandwich and he the manager approved which was very kind of him.

i went in today not knowing what i wanted as this was my first time in this subway by dollar tree. i ordered food for my fiancée and myself. the lady was extremely unprofessional and very rude. she seemed more and more agitated with every word she said. i ordered a buffalo chicken sub and she didn’t put any buffalo sauce then got upset when i stated i wanted some sauce. she then proceeded to place it in a cup and hand it to me. as this was very rude and i will definitely not be returning here. i’ve got low vision so i didn’t notice that there was buffalo sauce on the table or i would have said something sooner. i don’t appreciate being made to feel like im a burden when im spending my money in your store. spent $22 for incorrectly made food too but we won’t put that on blast. anyways 0 out of 10 i do NOT recommend at ALL

It was all good untill I asked for extra and they only put 1 piece chicken teriyaki they said anymore would be paid as deluxe then I said okay it’s fine as it is after that they tried to charge me with double deluxe for both of them.
