Walked in, each me and my boyfriend had a coupon planning to use. Was promptly told one coupon per group, via the managements rules. We were gonna make separate purchases. Promptly told to leave if we didn't like it, so we left. Do NOT purchase food here the staff are rude and uneducated on how coupons work.

From the entitled sigh when I walked thought purchase I was met with an entitled and sulky attitude. I came very close to just turning around and walking out. Believe me, had I know what I was paying for I would have. In the past I had lunch 2 times a week and I was ordering the same thing, a salad. Now, I asked for a 1/2 and got a whole, then to top it off I and she could not be bothered to cut/tear meat and forgot the cheese that I asked twice for. I wanted a salad, NOT a stacked pile of meet with some vegies thrown on top. Will never go back to this Subway!

I had the worst experience from Subway that I have ever had yesterday, July 26th 2025. I was at work and ordered BLT footlong from the Subway at 1511 Northeast 181st Avenue. and since I spent $20, I got the free turkey footlong. Both sandwiches were awful with barely anything on them, I didn't get any cheese which I asked for, or any of the other vegetables like olives Etc. No salt or pepper, no vinegar and oil, no mustard and the lettuce was very slimy. A BLT is supposed to be bacon lettuce and tomato there were a few slimy strings of lettuce and a couple pieces of old tomato and the bread wasn't even correct. Whoever made my sandwiches needs to be taught again and monitored while working. The cookies were the only thing worth eating.

If I could leave negative Stars I would I ordered through the app my at 1:30 order said it was ready once I arrived they still had me waiting thereat 1:50 I thought I was going to arrive just to pick up but no I've been waiting for 20 minutes it's not my fault you guys are training new people and why would you get smart it's ready when it's not through the app

This subway is the worse yet! The employee, don’t remember his name but he’s a guy that is bald and has a mustache. He’s so rude! He gave me a bad attitude a couple of few weeks ago. And he was so rude to my family. If he doesn’t like his job why is he working there and dealing with customers? That’s the point! Have good customer service. He should be fired because he makes people feel so bad. I honestly wanted to talk to the manager and tell them to get him out of there. I’m never going there again.
