Wonderful products by the bakers, great designs and presentation on the cupcakes. The large ones with filling are a good portion for an adult, the smaller cupcakes are not filled but should not be overlooked. Great bakery for a smaller downtown like Gresham, note that they are on the more expensive side of dessert products.
My husband and I used Sugar Cubed Cakes for our wedding in September. We were able to test 4 different flavors of cupcakes prior to the wedding and settled on one of the chocolate options! The cake we ordered was 2-tiered with vanilla buttercream frosting and simple piping around the edges, and we embellished it with a flower collar around the base, provided by our florist. The cake turned out to be a hit, and tasted amazing!
My son and his wife purchased their July wedding desserts from Sugar Cubed. We were fortunate to be able to go in advance to "test run" the large cupcakes. They were superb! We selected cupcake flavors for the wedding as well as a wedding cake. The flavors and texture were a hit. Guests raved about desserts from Sugar Cubed Cakes.
