Had visited an hour before closing so was a bit nervous on how the service would be, to my surprise had the best service I've ever had. Attentive and made sure we always had food and water. Come to find out the server was the owner. Truly humble and a big tell that this company is built off genuine care and passion!

The service and atmosphere are good. The hot food from the back is good. The sushi bar however is where the place fails. The sushi looks to be good quality but it's all Luke warm as if it's been sitting there for a long time. Some of the sushi even has a sheen on it like it's starting to get dry. Other sushi places that I frequent do not have this problem. So, the employees are very friendly, if they could just ensure that the sushi on the carousel is fresh then I would give them a much better review.

Everyone was super nice! The sushi unfortunately was very mid. All of it is covered in sauce. Falling apart. Sweating in the plates. There was even a California roll with strawberries on top. The plates were also way pricier than even the places in downtown Portland, which is wild to me.
I have been there twice now with my family and we all love it. They have a extremely friendly staff and there food is amazing. I really like the price as well. Me and my family are now regulars. I found out the 2 owners are there every day and I really enjoyed talking to them. Jamie is extremely hilarious and Luis is a charismatic chef with 25 years of experience that make a great power couple. From duckie guy.

The new owners have upped the quality of fish and other ingredients and it is noticeable in every bite. Highly recommend Sushiville for the food quality alone but the service is also better now. Chatting with our server who is also the owner was great.
