They can never get orders right and will miss items that are clearly on the receipt. It’s taco bell so I’m not expecting much, but I am expecting to get what I paid for and for it to be correct, especially with the outrageous prices.

I ordered for my family and half of the order was wrong by the time I had arrived home even when I order online and have it dropped off it’s still completely wrong you guys need new staff because this is ridiculous this is the only Taco Bell I have an issue with that’s closer to my house do something about how inconsiderate your staff is

Can’t say much when speaking on atmosphere at this particular location Taco Bell as that I tend to always be in a rush when traveling this area so drive thru is majority of my service experience which is pleasant enough, no complaints thus far, nor any stand out compliments either tho aside from we received what we ordered. Iv noticed the last two trips tho that my crunch wrap supreme was lacking taco meat minimal hamburger was in my wrap…. Kinda bummed about it but hoping it was just an off day…
Parking: Right off hwy 26 in a slightly smaller outlet shopping center and only a water mile or less from local high school so be aware afternoons can be expected busy with younger crowd lunch breaks off campus…
Not open apparently, pulled up after 8am and seen a line at the door, when i pulled i to the drive-thru the speaker asked if i was using mobile app but that was it, no one took my order, sat there until everyone at the door gave up and left, pulled around and could see people inside so i pulled back around to the drive-thru, sat there another 10 minutes before giving up and leaving without food, realy unprofessional not opening on time or atleast telling customers there closed, they just ignored everyone at the door or drive-thru

It would be nice if you businesses would train your employees and help them understand the reading is fundamental so that they could actually read the order correctly in order to make the order correctly so that we received the order correctly because it's really messed up when you spend your money harder and work money you got a long day and you're tired and you're hungry and you just want to eat and you're always f***** up or they miss that stuff in your order and it's just not you get overcharged and they didn't put the s*** in your bag it's so it's so it's really not that hard it's really ridiculous like I'm tired of getting ripped off how hard is it to pay attention pay attention away from your phone long enough to put the right order in the bag

Overall the food was good and the service was fast, but the manager was unprofessional and extremely rude. I went in the afternoon on a Sunday, and I was super surprised at the managers behavior. Two people went up to the counter to ask where their food was as they were picking it up to DoorDash it, and no one came and helped them until the manager walked up and in a super rude tone told them “be more patient, jeez” and rolled her eyes and walked away. Within a minute she went on her break and sat in the corner eating a taco, and continued to stare and roll her eyes at the people she told to be more patient. I’m shocked at how unprofessional this manager was; the fact that she can’t even be professional while working at Taco Bell of all places in her 20’s is absurd. She needs to be fired.

I just took the boys to this TB. The worst experience ever. Their online kiosk lost all power and in turn, I paid 2x and received nothing from them. The "manager" of the place is illequiped and unpleasant even to children.

Try not to come here during rush hour. Got the wrong order (food came with beef instead of chicken), and there was HAIR in one of my tacos. (not mine- I have short black hair and the hair was long and blonde/red.) Never going back.

Came in on my lunch break at 1am and asked for two grilled cheese steak burritos and I also asked to add jalapeno sauce to them and I got two grilled cheese beef burritos and no jalapeno sauce on them and I called to complain and no one answered will not be returning back to this location even though it’s right down the street from my job
