Time and time again, this Taco Bell location fails at the basics of a fast food establishment, that is order accuracy. This is probably the third time we ordered food as a family after a school event, ordered Taco Supremes to find out that the workers decided we did not need to recieve what we paid for and will have to settle for basic tacos. How are is it to read the order and make the proper food? Not to mention them throwing my bag on the counter and walking away without saying a word, then having to wait for the drink cups while everyone on the line probably making the wrong order ignores you.

This Taco Bell location has time in and time out missed the mark in accuracy of order and quality preparation. Ive neglected to review them after countless errors, but after todays lackluster performance after weeks of going to Burger King(which I highly endorse in comparison to consistency) I had to go karen on this place☹️....If youre a social media influencer with a focus on discrepancies between fast food chains quality from restaurant to restaurant this is the place that sets the lowest bar for Taco Bell quality...go to the one on 12605 SE Division St and you will see the PROFOUND difference in preperation and quality not to mention pricing....

Hope this changes things, the employees there undoubtedly work hard but something in training is off

I asked for a VANILLA freeze. NOT strawberry. NOT cherry. VANILLA!
And then they didn't give us the receipt because THEY KNEW I'd complain. They asked us to leave because we were annoyed being given a red freeze. VANILLA IS WHITE NOT RED! Surpring I know but some people enjoy VANILLA AND NOT CHERRY. OR WHATEVER THE HECK THAT STUPID RED ONE IS! I guess I'll go to the Taco Bell on Burnside to get a vanilla freeze since this location doesn't know what vanilla is.

This is one of the worst Taco Bells and incidentally it's more expensive than some other local ones I've been to. They consistently fail to make the food as good as other Taco Bells with ONE exception. Whoever is on the late night Sunday shift makes the food way better than other days I've been here. Whoever that is needs to train the other people..the chicken quesadilla actually has chicken and cheese, not just tortilla and sauce. The chalupa isn't cold and pathetic. Clearly the people make the difference.

Ordered on the app to pick up at this location, they charged me twice and never submitted my order. I showed the cashier my bank statement that they charged me but it never went through to their store. The gentleman was apologetic but could not do anything. I placed my order on their screen because I was not allowed to place the order with them without cash. He said he could type it in for me but that just felt uncomfortable so I did it myself. I was ready to resolve my issue another time with the app because I know the store did not mess up. The review is for after my order, my food came out in less than a minute, the lady who made it threw it down on the counter and called my name, what happened to handling the food with care? When I got home the food tasted horrible and there was barly any meat on it. This will be the last time I go to this taco bell. They where amazing 2 years ago but not its all just corporate. The man who helped me was nice and did his best.

If you want cold taco bell with little to no meat then this is your place.

Don’t come here when it’s only the two Hispanic ladies on shift. They added items on my order that I didn’t want and acted like I was the moron for telling them that’s not what I wanted. Proceeded to charge me with additional items. And took forever to refund me because they “didn’t know how”. Never ordering at this location again
