Less than impressed. We were seated at a clean table and I picked up a menu coated with sticky soda pop. It was getting on everything. I informed the server whi took our order and left it there for me to put back for the next customer to deal with this diseased mess. When he returned I had to ask him to clean the menu which he did and set them back down for me to return to its place at the table. I could also tell that that level of complacency has affected the kitchen staff by the sub par food and chicken coating that was way too salty. $30 for 20 chicken nuggets seems expensive but you pay for the atmosphere......which sucks due to staffs complacent attitude.

This location was clean and staff was nice and friendly. I went right during the lunch rush and everyone was helping out. I got the voodoo fries and they came out incredible and very quickly. Appreciate the staff working on 2/11/22, it was very busy and they handled it well. The employees here are very polite and greet you right when you walk in.

Poor service, always messing up my order. Would constantly give me the wrong items and is always missing stuff. I'm still gonna get food here tho cause I live 5 minutes away.

Great customer service. I found My order was not quite right when I got home. Called Wingstop and let me know about my order mishap. They apologized for the mix up and quickly offered to make it right. Upon return: they quickly got my order to me. And then some my 15 wing ordered seemed to have doubled. Thanks for the great service. Keep up the hard work guys.

The food here is OK. A little spendy, but nothing is cheap these days. Service was friendly. They were very busy at 5pm on a saturday, but everyone was working hard to make sure all of the customers were taken care of in a timely manner. I'm not sure if I will be back or not.

Let me start off by saying I love the food here but the service sucks. I had an order to be ready by 4pm today. They made me wait 30 minutes after 4pm to give me my food while 2 people who ordered in store after I got there got their food first. I hate this locations service. Pro tip order a half an hour earlier than you expect to get there if you want to be on time to anything.

Wort place ever. Company needs to clean house regarding customer service. People are rude and I truly believe stupid. Went there and ordered by phone just outside store. Got up to counter and was told to hang up that they would take our order. They finished up with another customer and told us if we phoned in our order. No you told us to hang up. Said they can only take orders by phone Well they lost us as a customer and we are telling all of our customers and friends what poor service you provide

Ordered regular wings for pick up, and received boneless wings instead. Didn't realize this until I got home and didn't feel like driving back to get this corrected. In any case, the "wings" were mediocre, at best. Don't waste your time - go to Buffalo Wild Wings or even better, Fire on The Mountain.

This wingstop is very busy but it's always very clean and the employees are always very friendly and polite. It takes a bit to get your order, but they tell you how long it will be. You can tell how hard they are always working, the food is always fresh, delicious, and accurate. I'm more than happy to wait here!

During my visit to the Gresham Location of Wingstop this evening (5-3-20), there was a slip-up with my order. I had placed the order via phone, as the restaurant was closed due to the "stay home" order given by the Governor. The restaurant was very busy, with many customer waiting outside for their order. Given the fact that all these new policies and procedures would have a bit of learning curve for all involved (customers and employees), I was not surprised nor upset that my order somehow got lost in the mix. That is when BJ stepped in. He was very apologetic, polite, and eager to retake my order, and get it prepared with top priority. I very much appreciate BJ going above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met in a satisfactory manner. Job well done, BJ. I will be a return customer.

Horrible! Drove all the way home just to find out I got the wrong order in my bag, it had my name on the bag and the correct info on the receipt but the bag was a completely different order. I should have checked!

We ordered a 10 pc boneless combo. We got the a** end of the chicken, like crumbs. Our "wings" weren't sauced properly. We called to complain and CONRAD was amazing!!! He was understanding, no arguing, and put a credit on our account right away. He is the only reason we would consider going back.

If I could give this place zero starts I would. Like all the other bad reviews, don't go here unless you like waiting 40 minutes or more for 15 piece wings. There were 4 guys working and dropping fbombs and watching an nba game. There were only 2 other families that were waiting for their food before us as well. The workers kept hollering and completely ignored me when I asked when my wings were gonna be done. Wings were subpar too. Fries were greasy like they didn't even bother to shake them out. Overall, don't go here. Bad service and bad food.
