I love their great food and the people are even better. Everything looks made/prepared fresh and has always tasted great. I have yet to order anything there that I regret getting and still love trying what they offer. The only thing I don't like, and I'm not sure it's just because I've been going there since I was a kid but, the sourdough just doesn't remind me of the same taste as it used to, it was always my favorite part about getting any sandwhich...

Sadly, this restaurant is closed for good. We stopped by on 2019.08.06 and they were not open yet were supposed to be. As I sat on the steps, the owner came by and we spoke with her. She said she sold the building to developers and there will be no more restaurant and likely the building demolished. We were lucky enough to have eaten here a year ago while visiting the area. Sad to see a truly great family restaurant close.

Have been going to Truffle Hunter since 2001. I have moved a few times, but is always worth the drive to go back. Their sandwiches are amazing. Their fries are fantastic. I can't get enough of the garlic salad dressing. Not to mention the service, which has always been outstanding.
