If you want good pizza at a more-than-fair price, you definitely need to try Wall Street Pizza! You can buy pizza the traditional way (small, medium, large), or even by the slice, and these slices are huge! They also have great garlic knots and garlic bread, and their bank rolls are delicious! Gluten free pies for less then $20. They also have slices!! I think they're the only slices in Gresham, that I know of anyway... Don't know about gf slices though..
