I told them leave off 2 particular toppings. Pickles and onions Because there's allergies completely screwed up . You could tell They didn't even want to be there BIG SHOCK.
And this isn't the first time this happened. I've usually didn't write comments , but this seems to be an ongoing thing. I've gone to this Wendy's for well over 4 decades In the last few years its just gone straight downhill
WHEN help makes almost $20 bucks HR I wouldn't have paid Them $2 bucks HR There's A. Reason why it's called minimum wage.Because you sure don't get paid top money for less than very minimal job being done

When there wasn't really anybody and I think they had 2 customers inside. I went through the drive through.There was a car behind me and one front of me And they had full staff so it's doesn't make sense other incompetence and lazy My generation we actually had to work Hard or you didn't get paid , you got docked

So y’all make me pull up and wait for fries. But yet think you being sneaky throwing in a few spicy nuggets instead of regular. I would of waited for all the right nuggets. Now I got my child screaming since her nuggets burning her mouth. If I wasn’t already home I would come back and make you give me all my food again since you think its ok to do that.

When did we become so stingy with napkins. Today I got a salad and a burger with no bun. I went to grab the burger and it fell out of it's wrapper. It had been poorly wrapped. Honestly, it happens, I get it. It fell in the bag and was fine. What was not fine was that they had slathered so much ketchup on it that when I went to get it, ketchup got all over me and the bag. Again, I can handle this. There were NO NAPKINS included. When did we stop including napkins! I was still in the parking lot so I went in, ketchup and all. I asked for a napkin and at first he was going to give me one or two. I asked for more as I had a bit of a mess to clean. I got 4 napkins. I understand napkins can cost a bit but put it in the to go bags and stop being stingy.

I ordered through the drive thru, asked for ranch to go with my fuego fries (which had like a pinch of the seasoning on three fries) didnt get it. Ordered a caeser salad and didnt get the parmesan crips or a fork. Customer service was terrible and the manager was standing right there the entire time…

Put in a Grubhub order and only 1 one the three items made it to me. The driver said they only gave 1 bag when there was supposed to be 2. I have had consistent issues with this location.
The manager was about to change the menu sign to lunch/dinner, but still let me order the breakfast sandwich that I had been craving

Don't order from any delivery service. This Wendy's is guaranteed to leave out items. Tonight it was literally half our order. Paid extra (on top of the already up charged Uber Eats prices on app) for upgraded drinks with order. 3 large drinks. From 3 large meals. Called the location and was hung up on after they asked what the name on the order was. I am not ordering Wendy's from any location. I order because I want the food, not a battle with Uber Eats to get the money back for items we clearly did not receive. Where's the drinks Wendys?

This place got my order all wrong,even after repeating it back to me.. I can't eat onions and they put it in mine and my husband's chili. I ordered a son of a baconator and got no bacon! Meat didn't taste done. Very disappointed!! Can't believe we paid over $37 for a crappy dinner..
