Put in a Grubhub order and only 1 one the three items made it to me. The driver said they only gave 1 bag when there was supposed to be 2. I have had consistent issues with this location.

Don't order from any delivery service. This Wendy's is guaranteed to leave out items. Tonight it was literally half our order. Paid extra (on top of the already up charged Uber Eats prices on app) for upgraded drinks with order. 3 large drinks. From 3 large meals. Called the location and was hung up on after they asked what the name on the order was. I am not ordering Wendy's from any location. I order because I want the food, not a battle with Uber Eats to get the money back for items we clearly did not receive. Where's the drinks Wendys?

This place got my order all wrong,even after repeating it back to me.. I can't eat onions and they put it in mine and my husband's chili. I ordered a son of a baconator and got no bacon! Meat didn't taste done. Very disappointed!! Can't believe we paid over $37 for a crappy dinner..

Ordered two crispy chickens with extra mayonnaise and no tomatoes when I pulled up to the window they said it was 6 something and their prices were wrong. The gal who took my order put extra tomatoes. I asked them before they gave me my food if they put no tomatoes and he said. The gal said I said extra tomatoes so they took the sandwiches in the back, only took off the tomatoes, which still had remnants of the tomatoes all over the sandwich when I opened them. Horrible service she doesn’t listen and I got two crappy chicken sandwiches with tomato. When I said no tomato. Won’t ever go there again

They have poor customer service,mess up on special orders and are always out of ingredients like potatoes or French toast sticks

This Wendy's has gone through a lot of changes over the last couple years, including some times where it was the biggest mess of a fast food joint I'd ever seen first hand.

But, the last few months they've totally turned it around, the new people they got working there are great, and I've had zero complaints about service, wait for my food, or quality.

I am shocked this Wendy’s has not been shut down by now. About 4 years ago they had so many issues I stopped going there. The past year I stopped and got food and it seemed they fixed most of their issues and got new management? I was wrong. The service is worst than it’s ever been, every other time I get food there the whole order is wrong. I am officially done going to this location and truly hope something better goes in its place soon.

Peyton with the bright red dyed hair, who said she personally checked my to-go order bag…care to explain why you thought it was fine to substitute a baked potato for French fries with some cheese, not tell me when I got the order, and boast that you checked it yourself?

I hate to be petty on google reviews, but this is next level not caring about your customers.

I also tried calling the store 3 times - none one is picking up.

Tried going to wendy's at 740am and they still weren't open for the morning. Per their website they open at 630am. Saw several other people leave. Will go elsewhere.
